I have tried many times to get a response from Askupa Software for an issue I have with the pro version of Twitter Feed. Has anyone ever found a way to get them to respond? I have tried both the contact form in the plug-ins admin page and their website contact form. I never get a response. Any ideas?

I have created a test.php file and move to the theme folder. like.

I just wanted to flag that I think in 3.0 that the avatar_size was introduced to the settings. I found in my logs for a while the following;
Notice: Undefined index: avatar_size in …plugins/wd-twitter-feed/includes/Tweets/UI/Tweet/controller.php on line 28
Which refers to this code;
$this->avatar_size = $twitterfeed_settings['avatar_size'];
When I disabled WP-Debug these messages started appearing in the feed itself;
To resolve I found going to the settings and saving the tab showing the avatar size field resolved the issue.
So it might be good to do a check in $twitterfeed_settings that array key exists and isn’t empty, and when it fails to set to a default value rather than error out as it does now.
Seems to only affect you if you upgraded from a version prior to 3.0

I have added the Twitter Feed plugin to a clients website (to replace their old twitter feed plugin) so that they can display images in their feed, however I cannot get the images to show using the shortcode and settings below.
I am using the free version 3.0.5 with the following shortcode: [statictweets skin=”default” resource=”usertimeline” user=”@nonprofitworks” count=”3″ retweets=”on” show=”username, screenname, avatar, time, media” /].
Settings: Force Tweet Count = 3 and is enabled. Caching enabled and Caching Frequency = 25. URL Shortening = Short and Expand Tweet Media is set to on.
I have the Twitter Feed on a test page.
Any thoughts? I have seen a couple other topics similar to mine but there is no solution to those topics.

After updating to the latest version of the plugin I get the following message:
“Error: You did not provide the required Twitter tokens”
Every time I re-input the tokens, the widget works for a few hours and then it breaks once again. I have also revoked and recreated the token just in case, but the same thing happened.
When the issue occurs, on the backend the tokens just get erased like their were never used.
I am using your plugin on various websites and this is the only one that this suddenly happened after updating to the latest version of your plugin.
Is there any solution to this?

when i write css for changing font-size, it will worked in windows(chrome & firefox browser) but not in IOS(safari browser).

Curious if others running this plugin on Godaddy’s managed wordpress hosting solution might have had a similar problem with this plugin.
The plugin has its own caching system. Godaddy has their own built into their hosting as well.
Sometimes the Godaddy hosting caching setup does not play nice.
I simply got an error 89, (token code problem).
The token codes were correct, copy/pasted them direct and triple checked it.
removed the plugin from my client’s site and moving on. ??
