This is only a widget plugin with only a few basic options and no documentation. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. I wanted to have signup form which has name and email fields, but it only displayed email field and even that didn’t connect with MailChimp.

Finally a lightweight, bloat–free and free Mailchimp Ajax plugin which got recently updated. Thank you to the author for doing the community a favor. A great developer who knows what he is doing!
