Despite the fact that plugin is old, trying to use WordPress 4.9.5 and WooCommerce 3.3.5 and on checkout getting error “The city field is required REFID: XXXXX”…City field is filled! Where could be the problem, incopability with WooCommerce because on old plugin?

How do you disable the plugin from sending the default confirmation email from NMI once a sale has been approved?

When an incorrect card number, expiration, or CVV Core is entered, it yields this error:
SyntaxError: JSON Parse error: Unexpected identifier “response”

When no data is entered, it displays this error:
Merchant do not accept Invalid Card No Card

The first error displayed seems unexpected but the second error has bad English translation

I am getting the following error SyntaxError: Unexpected token r in JSON at position 1 When I click on place order. But the catch is that the payment is going through and I am receiving a New Order and the customer receives a thank you email for placing the order. Also when I check the orders in woocommerce it shows the that the transaction was approved.

Could you please help me out its very important as I am unable to deploy it in the production website.
