I have a quick question I guess you must have been asked a dozen of times before. Anyways here it goes.
After I installed your plugin and embedded the provided code I only get three loading bars.

I’m having trouble correctly applying the shortcode to my page. When i apply it all i get is a blank box with the loading bars. I have tried what you have suggested in an alternate post to type the full config path into the web browser. This is also unsuccessful therefore i am led to believe i have it “filed” incorrectly. On filezilla as well as in my file management system it appears to be in the correct place. My URL is https://www.infiniteintelligencelabs.com . We are running on www.ads-software.com utilizing the divi theme. This is the code i have inserted: [wr360embed name=”yourviewname” width=”100%” height=”382px” basewidth=”450px” config=”/wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer/360_assets/CEREBRAL KEY 360 good/config.xml”]

I do not understand what the value yourviewname equals. I look forward to hearing back from you and thank you in advance for your time.

Hi,

Love the plugin, but it significantly slows down the page.

Any idea how to reduce the 10 mb page size the plugin adds? Any optimization tips? For instance it loads all images that were added, which takes quite a lot of space, even though, high res was disabled, 50-60 low res images add up.

Even though I love the plugin, its overkill for most sites.

I have a client interested in this plugin but I was wondering if it uses either exec() / exec.php or url_fopen functions?
Neither of these can be used on our secure server.

Hello, I’m new to wordpress so i’m having a lot of trouble using this plugin.
Any help will do. I’m trying to understand where I should upload my photos for the 360 degree product view, and how to display it on a post. I’ve entered the Example1 code in a post, but nothing is showing up! please help!

Love your easy to use rotator. Have a quastion though about css styles. Somehow I can’t get rid of a white background of the viewer box. I have a black background in the rotated image and want everything around also to be black. Changes I make in the viewloader.html file don’t make a difference and when I play a little with width, height and basewidth in the shortcode I get some improvement but I can’t get it 100%.. there is always a little white background..

suggestions?

I’m looking at this plugin. I need to do a 360 image, but my big fear is that it won’t work with my WooCommerce setup.

I know when I was putting my site together I had a heck of a time getting the images to size right. I finally found a compromise fix on those images and took out the link so that the customer wouldn’t go to the product image page when they double clicked on it. Because there is no sense in having those pages on my site.

So, this is an intriguing sounding plugin, but I’m wondering about compatibility.

many thanks for your great plugin. I have a feature request: Is it possible to add two parameters to the shortcode which allows me to control this two javascript parameters:

_imageRotator.settings.jsScriptOnly   = false;
_imageRotator.settings.swfFileURL     = "imagerotator/imagerotator.swf";

Hi guys – I’m using a mac and chrome/safari – I followed the simple instructions but the viewer just loads showing the 3 bars then nothing – I tired with your sample shoe one and still does the same? I am hosting the site locally as I am showing this at a presentation with no wifi so am unable to give you a link. I downloaded this https://www.webrotate360.com/Blog/post/WebRotate-360-Product-Viewer-3-5-Update.aspx and updated the imagerotator but I didn’t understand the SpotEditior part?
