Feed failed to upload
Products without correct column labels won’t upload to your catalog. Check that the first line in your data feed has correct column labels. Then make sure your file is in a supported format: CSV, TSV, RSS XML or ATOM XML, and upload again. Can you help me fix on this problem? Thank you!

Hi,
I feel genuinely frustrated and disappointed. I installed your plugin trusting it would work well, but after creating a feed for Google Shop, I encountered the following error on Google Merchant:
“The column delimiter could not be automatically detected from your feed. To select a column delimiter, click edit next to your feed name in your account and select the correct option.”
What’s frustrating is that your tutorial here:
https://www.webtoffee.com/webtoffee-product-feed-sync-setup-guide/
clearly shows that the delimiter option can easily be selected before generating the Google Shop feed (as shown in your tutorial image).
However, when I try to create the Google Shop feed from my dashboard, the delimiter option is completely missing! (See the screenshot below for reference).
After spending hours mapping hundreds of categories, believing this was the “perfect plugin” as advertised, I now find it’s not working as claimed. If this issue stems from needing to upgrade just to access the delimiter option, that would feel incredibly dishonest.
I trusted your plugin to enable me to create feeds for Google Shopping as promised, but it appears that isn’t possible. If this is the case, I’d feel compelled to leave a 1-star review, not out of malice but because of the time and effort I’ve invested based on your misleading claims.
Please provide a clear explanation and a solution to this issue.
Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
Hi, I love your plugin, it helps a lot, but I need one minor adjustment.
In the data feed the product ID returns the following, when a product has SKU – “SKU_post ID”. How do I make the product ID to return only the wordpress post ID, without suffixing the SKU?
I’ve seen another post where you shared the below snippet, however I could not make it work for my case as I have limited PHP knowledge.

So, what happens if you have a currency switcher installed, and use the free plugin? Will is give Facebook & co the wrong pricing? Will it use the shop’s base currency? Or something else?
And how does the premium plugin handle multi-currency?

When you first create the XML feed for Facebook (FB), everything works perfectly. The XML file is generated with all the necessary headers and content. However, every time you update the feed, your script adds the $xml_start_data section again at the top of the class-xmlwriter.php file. This repetition causes the XML to become malformed.

I have installed the plugin, and successfully connected to my existing facebook catalog, which previously generated from Facebook for Woocommerce plugin.
I skipped the feed creation process, and using Facebook Catalog Sync method. But after 2 days, recently added product in my website was not sync with the facebook catalog.
Am I missing something from the process?
Should I create a feed too if I want to use the Facebook Catalog Sync method?

Hello!
I used the plugin to export and import Woocommerce Orders from one store to another. I imported 100 orders from last month into my new store. In this new store, I have set up a follow-up email for all customers who have made a purchase 2 weeks ago.
So there is a problem that all follow-up emails are sent to customers at the same time, 2 weeks after the import has been done. It seems that the follow-up plugin starts counting time after the import is done, not from the actual order date. Why is that so? Is it possible to override the orders date with actual data?
Everything is appearing in the backend of Facebook and the feed that the plugin generated shows all products, even amongst certain categories only 1 or 2 products might show up even though all products in the same category have the same settings.
Whilst they appear in the backend of Facebook, if I search for them in the shop they don’t show up, even if I type their name specifically.
I am trying to upload one category items on Facebook Shop:
https://crumblelb.com/product-category/gifts/christmas-gifts/
When I export, only 10 items are included in the CSV File (with their variations).
I think only items with Variables are being exported…

As example, this item which “Simple”, is missing:

What should I do so all of the items will be exported?
thanks
Hi, when I activate your plugin, my categories disappeared from the back end. When I deactivate, all categories back in back end.
Can you check about that?

Would your plugin work with my Managed WordPress GoDaddy website? Managed WordPress has no cron.
Would the feed still update? I add 5-6 new products to my store each week.
Hello. After syncing products to Facebook Catalog, when I look at the product description in the Facebook Catalog, The description is shown in html code so the viewer sees stuff like
which makes reading the description confusing for the viewer.
I use Classic Editor so seems like what is tranferring over in the sync is the info under the “text” tab instead of the “viewer” tab. You can see a screen print here https://ibb.co/6mXpTJr
