I’ve created an Elementor Template for every Docs instance. However, the template is not used/loaded when I visit any WeDocs page. Is this a known issue?
]]>After the last update, the plugin is having multiple issues displaying correctly docs. More importantly, after a website scan, I discovered many 404s attributable to a feed in wedocs as follows, for example:

What is this /feed/ and why is it there? These cause multiple 404 errors.

]]>On a fresh local WP instance with WeDocs and Elementor tools and theme, the WeDocs Nav bar presentation is inconsistent. I’m no CSS expert but here’s what I found.
For any section or article saved with Elementor, the Nav bar loses all left margin. For any section or article saved using default WP classic editor, and for the Document titles which are not editable as articles or sections are, the Nav bar presents with a wide left margin.
I have tried several CSS settings in the Elementor child theme. I can push the Elementor-edited articles right, but I cannot figure out how to push the non-Elementor articles/sections/documents all the way to the left. Ultimately the goal is to maintain consistent control over the position and width of the Nav bar regardless of how the article is edited so that the nav bar isn’t jumping all over the screen as you switch between choices.

]]>Hi so I was using WeDocs free version and installed the plugin on my companies WordPress site for testing. Purchase of pro was authorized so I made the purchase today. I now have a license key but navigating through WordPress and through WeDocs on WordPress I can find nowhere to input the license key and activate the pro version. Please help – thank you.

How does the structure work? I HATE betterdocs, but can’t even get started with weDocs after so many hours of trying, sending in support requests, etc.
Where are the categories or is this just for hundreds of docs in random order?
I��m sorry to say this but after using Wedocs with the pro version, it is a terrible plugin, adding countless useless scripts to all pages (and if I disable it on the front page with Perfmatters it will not work anywhere else)
The support is also awful, answering in more than a month to anything (if it answers at all!)
Makes the pages very slow, like 8 seconds load on mobile, tho all my other websites not using this plugin are fast. If I disable this plugin on some pages (using Perfmatters plugin) those pages are fast.
There are also problems with the plugin itself as it has problems with displaying properly on all devices (the widget will not fit smaller laptops for example), and the AI chat, which is the reason why I bought the plugin, didn��t work at all for a month, and it��s not really working good now, it offers only one answer instead of searching through all the docs, showing all the relevant links (in the past it used to show 2 links, now just one).
Why do you make this plugin so terrible (when I enable it it doubles my source code lines, from 1600 lines to over 3300 lines!), loading so many scripts if it doesn��t even need them? even disabling the widget will not stop the scripts loading. Disabling the plugin will remove all these scripts. for example, look what it loads:

I purchased weDocs Pro plugin and have a license key. However, I am having difficulties with the installation and activation. I have tried three ways:
I’m wondering if there is a conflict of some of our other plugins. We are using LearnDash, Formidable Forms, H5P, Yoast SEO and a few additional ones to manage email notifications.
I cannot find any support documentation. All links to upgrades from the plugin only lead to the pricing page on the weDocs website.

We have a problem with the WeDocs search engine on the Safari browser.
When typing in the search engine window, it gives a strange error and displays the home page. Normally there are some prompts or a loading icon in the search bar.
On Chrome or Edge this problem does not occur. Only on Safari.
We have version 2.1.0, the earlier version had the same problem. We have updated today with the hope that the problem can be resolved. Earlier versions worked fine on safari.
We have the Shoptimizer theme installed, as well as the WordPress 6.4.2 versions
Has anyone encountered this problem?

]]>After upgrading the plugin to version 2.02, the list of pages isn’t visible under Wedocs -> Docs. Just “Get started by creating a new doc” is displayed.
However, pages didn’t disappear from the database. They just aren’t recognized by the plugin.

I was really excited that you decided to revive this plugin. But got disappointed to see that it does not work with Gutenberg-based page templates.
Please try the plugin with a FSE supported theme like Twenty Twenty Three and you will understand what I am referring to.
