When you hit submit, the wheel just spins. It worked yesterday and we made no changes. There is nothing in the log files. All plugins are updated and on the latest version of WP.

With website accessibility lawsuits on the rise, I decided to run a few different accessibility website scanners. The scanner at accessible ( https://accessibe.com/accessscan ) may be the most picky scanner of them all. It’s returning the following issues with the form:

If you believe these are valid issues, do you have any solutions?

I am not satisfied or happy with this plug-in. On Friday July 26 I purchased the premium plug-in to get the additional features. The plug-in is not what I thought it was going to be and it does not meet my needs. On the website the company states that they will refund your money within 14 days if you are not happy with the plug-in. On Saturday July 27, I contacted the company requesting a refund. I deactivated the plug-in license and deleted it from my site. I have reached out to the company FIVE times to get this resolved to no avail – I keep getting auto responses that they are busy and will get back to me soon.

Hello! I am currently experiencing an issue with setting up the vendor contact form on my Dokan marketplace. I have followed the instructions provided in your tutorial (https://wedevs.com/blog/132068/create-vendor-contact-form-for-dokan-marketplace/; https://dokan.co/docs/wordpress/create-a-vendor-contact-form-for-dokan/), but I’ve encountered a couple of challenges:

1. The “Enable the check-box Allow Vendors to contact Admins from the dashboard area” option does not appear in my admin settings. This seems to be missing from the UI.
2. After implementing the provided (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/not-working-with-dokan/) PHP code to enable the contact form on the vendor dashboard:

Could you please advise how to resolve this issue so that the contact form opens correctly for vendors to message the admin directly from their dashboard? It seems there might be a misconfiguration or a need for an update to handle the current Dokan and WeForms setup correctly.

Today I notice a mysterious field that appeared in one of my sites, and I’m very worried because I’m 100% sure that wasn’t me.

The new field shows as dropdown with name “Select Site” as required. And there are 11 options where the first option is blank (but in the site says “Choice 16” and the other options are some domains that I have hosted in the same server.

Is this some kind of hack? I’m using wordfence in my site and imunify360 in the server and both didn’t detect anything. Please advice!

I am having a hard time trying to solve a few issues related the form.

1- Neither user or admin is receiving notification when the form is submitted. i installed Sendgrid but still.

2- From the 4 forms there are 2 that when you click on Entries there is not information (“no entries found”,) so on top of the user and admin not receiving notification when the form is submitted, on the backend there is nothing from these forms, which btw 2 out of 4 form i am able to switch on the Entry tap… so no entries to export..

Currently the only way to know that a form has been submitted is because the client paid.. but of course could not give the service as submitted forms are not showing on backend neither notification.

I am having issues with the submit button on the form i am creating, i have several forms that after i click on submit it completes the form and redirects to the payment section, but the one i am thinking to use (complete information required from customers) does not complete the form, is like if the submit button is disconnected? but other forms are working good with the same settings, i have even created one blank form to see if there was a limit, and it works.. can you assist me?

But we got reports from users that somtimes its not possible to submit the form. In this case nothing is happening and it seems the data aren’t submit.

On submit an email should send to admin and user and the setting “send via WordPress” is activated

I couldn’t reproduce it myself because everytime I tested it it worked.

Can I create a contact form for each individual user on my blog?
The form created with the ‘input’ contact sends the message to every single user registered in the blog from their own page.

The reply to email address is supposed to be the email address field from my form. Instead in the emails I receive from my form the reply to address is defaulting to the admin email address instead. Why??

Is there support for Askimet or is reCaptcha the only option?

Version 1.6.21 of weForms has caused my RSVP form to display an error message when users click the SUBMIT button (see image below). There is no description of the error in the message – just a red exclamation mark/point.

This error only started to appear after the plugin updated itself to v1.6.21 – it didn’t happen under v.1.6.20. I haven’t changed anything on the form or my website. Users who submitted the form before the update to v.1.6.21 had no problems submitting the form.

I have already contacted your support desk for assistance, and have been refused help because I don’t have a license key. I find this very disappointing, as the problem seems to have been caused by the plugin itself, rather than me manually changing any settings in weForms or WordPress.

Hi, I need some help here! This form was working on another website, we had to copy it to work on this new project, however, on the old website the entry was already at number 478, I would like to know if it is possible to standardize it so that the entry_id is the next number, in this case the 479 and so on.

Is there a way to get two text entry fields in a single line. I want to do:

[Highest Degree] [Discipline]

So far, even though I’ve set the “field size” on both to “small,” I can’t get these fields to inhabit the same line.

Would it work to use the Name custom field, but change the labels?

Dear WeForms team, I need some help to fix the reCaptcha V2 Invisible on this contact form: https://elegment.cn/contact/

Here are the tests I have done and items I have verified.

1. If the WeForms contact form is set up without reCaptcha, the form works fine. Which means the SMTP email service is running fine on this WordPress site.
2. I double checked the site key / secrete key on Google – they are correctly set up for V2 Invisible. This set of keys also work fine for another site. The domain elegment.cn is correctly added.
3. The site key / secrete key are entered correctly in WeForms setting.
4. reCaptcha field is added to the contact form.

However, when I test this contact form, it will not get submitted. Just showing the small running circle. Please see below screen captures.

When I put two fields in a table the red background color is not similar to the fields without a table.

I have check boxes with a link in my form. To do this, I write a text with an html link to the options

Technically it works very well. However, the notification email doesn’t look good. Many underscores are inserted there. See the screenshot. The first point in the screenshot is called “Alter” (German for age), there is no link and there are no underscores. All other check boxes have links and contain underscores.

How can I remove these underscores?

When exporting forms to slack I was wondering if there’s an option or way to modify weforms to output the referring URL and potentially the page title as well. I currently use this for emails and it’s been extremely helpful but I’m trying to migrate to slack currently to index these.

If this is a feature only available to the pro version then just let me know too.
