I wanted to know if there is a way to change the text size?
]]>The widget (welcome user widget) works fine using theme Sparkling. How when i created a child theme it doesn’t show the name of the user anymore. Any idea how to solve this?
]]>Hello,
Great plugin! Exactly what I needed.
How can I center the text of the plugin so that it appears in the middle of the widget area? Not sure how to center via PHP or how to add a CSS class to it.
Thank you,
Jose
Hello — I’d like our site to just say Welcome when someone visits — how do I get rid of “visitor”
Thanks
]]>Regarding the previous topic, if you would like to display the display name (that the users prefer to) rather than the login name, you can.
1.Go to Plugins> Installed Plugins on the Admin Dashboard.
2.Look for this plugin and click Edit under it.
3.In the Edit textarea, look for “data->user_login” and replace it with “data->display_name”
4.Click Update File button
Optional : try “data->user_nicename” instead of “data->displayname” to see if it fits you need even more.
Thanks

Hi folks,
Those who installed this plugin might notice that it keeps asking for update when in fact it is already the latest version.
I am aware of this issue but I lost my windows laptop so I could not fix it right now. However, you guys can fix it manually as follows.
1. Go to you WP admin page and then go to Plugins>Installed Plugins
2. Click Edit under Welcome User Widget
3. You should see the source code of this plugin. Under the line Author: Narin Olankijanan simply add another line as Version: 1.0 for example
Author: Narin Olankijanan
Version: 1.0
4. Click Update File
this problem should disappear.
I will try and fix this for the new update as soon as I get a new windows laptop.
Sorry for inconvenience caused.
