I am beside myself with frustration, and frankly really angry. In September I renewed my bank card (same bank) and forgot to update the weMail billing. Until then the subscription was working effortlessly and my card was accepted by the weMail system.
Following this, I tried to resume my subscription using my new bank card, but got this message “Your subscription is not complete. Your card is under SCA regulatory (3D Secure). You need to confirm your payment to complete the subscription & billing. Check your billing email?xxx?to get your payment confirmation email. Confirm your payment & your subscription will be complete.” No such email comes through. I dont get 3D verification opportunities, nothing.
I have been told that my bank was rejecting because of lack of funds, that my bank needed to send the 3D verification etc, and that I need to use a different account (even though the bank was fine to start with).
I have now tried 3 different banks and have struggled since September (4 months) with the only response being that its my fault and I must resolve it at my bank. I contacted 2 of the 3 banks and they confirmed that no such request for debit was made by weMail / Stripe.
I moved my client away from mailchimp to weMail and based an entire project on this, and today the client realised that their automated services through the wemail plugin wasnt working – needless to say I am in such deep trouble, even though I have literally been begging weMail for help since September.
This is 100% a problem on their website and I am just hoping that by me posting here, will give them motivation to assist me as my countless emails have gone either ignored, or Im told to speak to my bank.

I’ve come back to this plugin again because of your Black Friday deal that arrived in my inbox. So I set up a test system and checked to see if the Outlook rendering is now sorted out, but sadly it isn’t.

There are plenty of minor issues, but the major one is images, which are displaying at full size. You will find in there that it’s necessary for images to have width or width and height values that are not in CSS.

This follows on from my previously closed topic “Office Outlook email formatting is a mess“
I’ve been testing the plugin again today and I’m not sure I’m seeing any changes.
If I insert an image via the image block, it displays at the correct template size in Gmail or Live/Outlook.com but in desktop Outlook it displays at the full size of the original image.
I’ll also upload a screenshot of the buttons and social icons – one the left is Outlook and on the right is in the campaign editor.
Do I need to do something special to make it load the new templates? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin.

Hi,
It’s possible to change some strings into the language we want but they are few. For example, things so simple like “Your subscription has been confirmed……” are missing in the wemail.pot file.
Can you send the file(s) or link where Wemail can be translated?

Just some feedback because it’s going to take time to fix all the templates and I’m not expecting this to be done for this post.
When I received the welcome email after registering through the plugin I noted that it was badly formatted in Outlook (the program, not the webmail site). All the images were full size and styles were obviously wrong.
Then when I set it all up and sent my first trial campaign, it was also messed up in the same way. The templates have not been designed properly to work in Outlook. It will be something to do with the way styles are applied to elements.
They do work fine in Gmail and Outlook.com but that’s only a subset of users and is certainly not people who are using email at work.
A couple of sites here go over how to make email templates look right in Outlook:
If you search google for ‘outlook rendering issues’ you’ll get some sites with the details.
Apart from that, I thought this was pretty good.

For some reason today I can’t seem to send emails.
When I choose a list with emails and try to send it, it reads as there’s not subscribers in the list.
When I try to send a test email, it says that has been sent but it’s never sent.
How can I solve this?

I cannot connect my DKIM and SPF, although i have it all ok in my DNS at URL host service provider.
I am sure i have DKIM and SPF, also DMARK correct.
But, after adding A record for email, and using email.example.com, or using mail.example.com, with A record for mail too, it still doenst connect in the wizard.
Between my host, WPERP, weemail, i dont know and cant find the problem.

]]>We are trying to send emails to a particular list segment using weMail. Unfortunately, when we are only choosing a particular segment, the campaign shows 0 subscribers. But in the lists, we can clearly filter out the subscribers with that particular segment.
How can we resolve this issue?

Hi,
while offering the included SMTP configuration might be helpful for large audiences, it doesn’t seem that you allow sending emails through the Website host, am I right ?
I would really use this approach to lower configuration setups and accounts managements for small to medium sites. When using quality hosts they might offer quite decent email deliveries that shouldn’t be avoided by default.
Let me know how you are/will face this.

It seems I can not set the SMTP gateway to work properly. I got the following error:

Additionally, if Sendgrid gateway is selected I have a nearly 50% bounced rate each time.
Any advice on solving the issue would be highly appreciated.
