]]>I recently integrated Google Shopping into my website. When I installed the plugin “Google for woommerce” , WePOS stopped working. I had been using WePOS for a long time and it had never shown an error. Is there any way it can be repaired? Specifically, what happens is that the POS does not load, it opens but does not load the products and when I deactivate the Google for Woocommer plugin it works again so it is very clear that that is what is causing the problem.

]]>Hi there. We have an intermittent issue with the WePOS set-up. On certain computers when we try to process a cash payment the loading/circle icon appears for a few seconds, then disappears and we are returned to an unprocessed cart. There’s no error message or clue as to what could have caused the payment not to process properly.
Is there something in the setup that I should be looking at that may help us to solve this issue, or does this sound more like a caching/hosting/other issue related to something other than WePOS?

Hi there. I’m using WePOS on a mobile and the checkout view is a bit odd. I’d like to make some customisations to it. I’m trying to make some changes to the CSS in my child theme’s styles.css file, but it’s not overriding the default CSS in the plugin.
Is there a way to create a copy of the folder structure in my child theme (like you do with templates in WooCommerce) to override the default CSS?
]]>Hi, I want to have the “Cash” payment option only available for the POS and want to hide it in the Online store.
The “Cash” option is buggy in the admin dashboard. It rarely shows up in the Woocommerce > Payment settings, (out of 10 refreshes, it shows up once or twice) and even if it shows up, I’m unable to disable it. Upon clicking the toggle button, it grays out without disabling. Please help. Thanks!

We would like to create a new customer on WePOS, but I don’t know how can I create a company customer (so to be able to register i.e. company name, company address, VAT Identification No.), so that the WooCommerce Order would be able to create a VAT A4-sized Invoice, which requires in case of company-purchase the VAT Identification Nr. of the customer company in our case.
How can I add fields to WePOS “New Customer Registration” page to have these fields available, if needed?

]]>Recently any discounts added through WePos are being calculated wrong. Say something is ￡25 and you enter 20% discount, it goes down to ￡20. Which is correct. When you process the order, in the backend of WooCommerce the order is actually ￡19.00. This is the same whether you have the option in WePos settings “Calculate tax for Fee” Yes or No.
It has only recently been happening, maybe in the last 2-3 weeks so must be due to a Woocommerce update or something that no longer works with the current version of WePos.
