I tried to remove the GetButton.io on the website but it seems impossible. There is no GetButton widget installed and also I can’t find the code in the editor html and css file. How to approach this problem?

On my site https://difar.it/en/ at the bottom of the page (before the footer) there is a “Contact us here” button. I would like to make it so that when I click it the WhatsApp chat opens via your plugin. it’s possible to do it? I don’t want the little icon at the bottom right to appear but for the chat to appear just by clicking on that button. How can I do?

If this plugin is installed and activated while LiteSpeed Cache is also installed on the website, the site’s status codes will change to 500. However, the webpage will still display normally in the browser.

1, The plugin contain guest mode for Facebook Messenger? So the visitor able to send message without login?
2, The free package is contained to choose which page allowed to display the widget? Some pages I want to enabled, some pages not enabled.

I am a not confused regarding the version numbers.

In the sidebar I see the current version as “Version: 1.8.4”. This could be due to https://plugins.trac.www.ads-software.com/browser/whatshelp-chat-button/trunk/whatshelp.php#L5

In the changelog the highest version is 1.8.8 but the highest taged version is 1.8.9.3.

Do you think you could fix the confusion?

P.s. You do you don’t need to create a new tag when you increase the “Tested up to” version in the readme.

I’ve integrated this plugin in may websites. its works so fine but while i integrate this plugin in https://laxmihomeloans.com.au/ site messenger redirects fine on mobile but show blank messenger popup box on desktop. can you please help me.

WHY you guys are not resolving this issue neither replying. this plugin is no more compatible with WordPress 5.5 version. The internal server error 500 occurred. I found Whatshelp not compatible with the 5.5 version. im unable to use messenger or whatsapp. plz take it seriously and keep upgrading its compatibility before WP version upgraded otherwise all site got error due to one plugin.

Using your plugin since long and love it. For some time i notice that the greeting message pops up again and again for the same user even its been closed. Once the user goes to other page or even refreshes the same page the greeting message comes again. That is not the case earlier.

How to solve this?

the FB messenger is working pefect
but the viber is not
when i try to click on the icon from the phone its opens the viber and i get the below error

i try to put the number with +(CountryCode)(Mobile number)
with space and without space but im getting the same error always

Got your plugin working in desktop and it appears in my ipad too (though it doesn’t work, I’d need a whatsapp web installed on it, right?), but it doesn’t appear on mobile, at least not on mine. What can I do?

I use Divi and I’ve put the code into theme options/integration. The Whatsapp app button is ok but the ‘message us’ square is not showing up. How can I achieve this square with my ‘message us’ text will appear?
