I want to display some recipes gallery on home… to click and go to the recipe page
]]>Hi, I have a set of recipes that I collected on whisk.com. It took me some time to make them all perfect, with the right ingredients, descriptions etc. Now I would like to place this recipes on my website and I would think your plugin would be able to do this. I tried something with the Studio functionality but this didn’t work and is stopped now. How can I publish my recipes on my blog now?
Or do I have to copy all recipes, all ingredients, all photo’s etc etc again? That makes no sense.
My other question: the Studio part of the plugin created some ingredients for me, they also have images. Is there a way to sync/ import ingredients from Whisk and add images to the ingredients in wordpress?
]]>Hello!
The plugin has some bugs I’d like to point out them.
1) Save button does not work.
2) Share button does not work.
3) The size of the buttons is too big and they overlap.
4) Rating does not work on the page where the recipe is displayed.
5) We cannot add pictures to materials.
6) Add to shopping list button does not work.
7) Nutritional health score indicator does not work.
Whisk Studio shut down yes. But you can do something like this. You can make a user control panel that will be used by those who will visit the site. They become a member of the site and they can add recipes if they wish, add ingredients to the shopping list, and add the recipe to their favorites.
Feature Requests:
1) Member User Control Panel
2) Members Can Send Recipes.
3) Members can add materials to the shopping list.
4) Members can add the recipe they want to their favorites.
5) Ability to customize the semantic URL structure. For example, change the url part that writes recipe.
Thank you
]]>Hello,
Is the Whisk.com project terminating or is this plugin not supported?
Thank You
]]>Hi, I installed the Whisk recipe plugin (Version 1.1.6) in a completely fresh wordpress environment (Version 5.7), without a single other plugin. I created an API key, connected to Whisk and created a recipe. Then I clicked ‘Sync Recipes’ in the Whisk API tab in wordpress and indeed it starts syncing but the only recipe I tried kept synching until I had the same recipe more than 2500 times in my WordPress. There was nothing I could do to stop this. I disabled the wordpress integration, I removes the API and finally I deleted the recipe from Whisk and it finally stopped syncing. I tried again with another recipe, to test but the same thing happened.
How can I solve this?
