I got a lot of report from “WordPress Firewall” after installing this plugin. Could you explain what happen?

Report said:
This may be a "WordPress-Specific SQL Injection Attack."

Then, I try to deactiveted it but this report still happen. The report stopped when Wibstas uninstall.
