I don’t use widgets much or change them frequently but if you don’t know what these widgets are all about it’s much better to have a preview.

This plugin provides break-through functionality: the ability to edit widget content within the WordPress customizer.
I can see this being extremely valuable to users, especially those who struggle with the connection between widgets with many options and how they display.
There is some advanced functionality missing in the early version 0.5, but this is totally reasonable, and the authors area already working on these enhancements on the Github repo.
All-in-all, the plugin authors have done an EXCELLENT job. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a variation of this find its way into core.
