1. How can I change the background color of the widget , so that it is now thite and fits to design of my site. Maybe also if possible to make it sort of “transparent”.

2. How can I move the widget on the page.

3. is it possible to change its size?

I followed the installation steps and have read through similar forums but can’t seem to get my twitter feed to show at all. I am using maxstore pro theme – is this compatible with the plug in?

When I use this plugin always appears a IFRAME the end of footer with style=”display:none;” it is ok! but now this IFRAME doesn’t have the display:none and there is a space in blank.

Every so often the widget shows empty. I have to go into the widget, save settings without changing anything and reappears, but after a few days the widget reappears empty. Using WordPress 3.9.2. in multisite.

Any solution?

I installed your latest release 0.6.4 on 3.8.4 having very bad results.
I upgraded WP to 3.9.2 and tried back again following your installation guidance from https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/widget-embed-lastest-tweets/installation/
Results:
Blank page after I clicked on ‘Active’ from ‘Plugins’
By now, I solved it deleting folder from /wp-content/plugins/ to keep working.
Even I tried deleting from ‘Appearance’/’Widgets’ the ‘Twitter – Custom Widget’ but again with exact same results/error.

I installed this plug-in today and received the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class OAuthSignatureMethod_HMAC_SHA1 in /home/southgat/public_html/wp-content/themes/medico/library/includes/OAuth.php on line 120

I can no longer access my WP Admin control panel to deactivate the plug in. Is there a way to do this outside of WordPress so I can access my site again?

Hi,

I have been using your great widget on my website, but suddenly the twitter feed is not showing. The only thing I have changed is installing a cookie policy plugin, but I have disabled this to see if that would fix it and it hasn’t. I have not been able to find any error messages.

Just installed this widget to embed latest tweets, followed all the steps. the ‘title’ (Latest Tweets) shows up in my sidebar where it’s supposed to be, no tweets show. Tried editing ‘settings’ of this widget i.e. the title, put my twitter username in, # of tweets to show, etc but when I click ‘save’ it doesn’t and goes to a 404 not found page. =S help, please.

I installed this plugin and everything worked very well with images showing. After 1 day images do not show despite changing settings in plugin interface. Original twitter app deleted then a new app created to no effect

When I installed the widget, it displays the way your screen cap looks. It suddenly began to display differently. On a client site, no graphics at all, just plain text. On my site (i.e. https://www.documentarymedia.ca/doc-notes/what-happens-if-a-small-business-owner-gets-sick) the graphics were replaced with large quotation marks.

Any idea why?

Hi,

I’ve created an application in Twitter and retrieved the necessary credentials (i.e. Consumer key, Consumer secret etc.) for the application. I’ve also created the Access Token and retrieved those details – I’ve changed no further settings in Twitter.

I’ve then installed (and activated) the plugin and added the necessary credentials to the plugin (i.e. Consumer key, Consumer secret, access token, access token secret etc.).

I’ve then placed the plugin into my sidebar and inserted the necessary details (i.e. username without “@” etc.) but the feed still does not display. However, I can see the “Latest Tweets” heading as this is being pulled through.

Please can anyone help?

Hi,

if i have multiple instances of your plugin-widget at the sidebar with different twitter accounts configured there is only one account shown. So there are two instances shown on thge website but with the same content.

Any idea how to fix this?

Using the ‘Widget embed latest tweets’ widget on my website, and more often than not, I receive the following message:

Error: Twitter did not respond. Please wait a few minutes and refresh this page.

I’ve cleared my site’s cache and tried different browsers, but to no avail. Any idea how to get it functioning again?
