Installed and connected. Caches cleared etc

Works when I load the site with Edge, but on my iphone, doesnt load the widget.

Hi there,
We were previously using the Zendesk JS code to call in the floating widget. I’ve removed that code, and used your plug-in. I’ve entered the Account ID code, as required.

But nothing at all shows up on front-end of site.

There are no API clients defined on the account, so is just adding in the Account code sufficient? How does the plug-in access the API when nothing is defined on the API side of our Zendesk account?
