This plugin bloats all pages and posts. Even with the Gutenberg Page & Post Block Options option disabled, the bloat does not go away. This is the kind of bloat added to every single block in every single post or page.

Today I had to remove Widget Options (premium version) after 18 months of use. It’s just to glitchy to trust on our x1 corporate sites and x10 brand sites.
Final straw was all links being deactivated from every other menu item shown after a Widget Options use. Even the most basic conditional visibility option messed it all up.
I give in.

This used to be a grerat plugin. Showed the content of the widget and the show/hide in the same area. (And it was free!) NOW without paying, you really can’t control where all widgets will show. Seems to be sort of random if you have the option to show, for example, on front page only..
Now without paying.. All the old widgets need to be reconstructed because you can’t update widgets from Appearance | Widgets only from the customizer. Without some kind of reconstruction, no widgets show. YUK YUK YUK

I am looking for a plugin to extend the block options. This looked very promissing. But the free plugin offers only a small number of options…. else you need to pay ??

Been meaning to review this plugin for a while. It’s super flexible and intuitive. The ability to add conditional logic for widgets using WP conditional tags is a game changer. Also very nice that it supports user login status out of the box. A definite 5-star addition to my toolbox. Kudos to the developers of this excellent plugin! Highly recommended and a worthy replacement for the old Widget Logic plugin.

Clicking Browse all in block gallery caused editor to crash while sidebar populates. Clearing cache did not fix problem.
Deactivating plugin immediately resolved issue.

After the latest update, Generatepress Theme bulider does not work . To make it work I have to disable the plugin.

So annoying when a plugin that does one thing gets turned over and updated to do a whole bunch of other things. We didn’t install “Widget Options” to be a blocks enhancer plugin, we already have many great blocks enhancer plugins. Lastly, Widget Options is adding a TON of html garbage to posts, BLOATED.

When publishing an article, regardless of the value set for the gallery, the images on the editing interface will always be displayed vertically, which is a very basic error.

I’ve found this to be a handy little plugin that helps with little annoyances I’ve run into with widgets. The show/hide on page/post, add css class, and hide widget title have been invaluable for me. I haven’t run into any issues using it with the Weaver Xtreme theme and it’s quick and easy to use.
