I was so happy to see that there was a plugin for Yelp Reviews to be seen on my website. I installed the plugin and started walking through the install. Everything was fine until I needed to insert my Yelp Biz account. Unfortunately, I am not a Yelp Business owner. I am a regular Yelp User who writes reviews on the platform about my experiences at businesses.
I used the email contact to contact RichPlugins asking if there was an alternative method to using the plugin as a regular Yelp User. I’m not sure who I was talking to but in my first 5 of 8 emails, I clearly asked if the plugin supported non-Yelp Biz users. Each time it was overlooked. I tried breaking it down into the simplest question and it just wasn’t working. The last message sent was the rep telling me “Perhaps you do not quite understand how this plugin works” and giving me the instructions on how to install.
So if you are a regular Yelp User who does NOT own a business this plugin will not work for you
