This plugin is not being updated and it shows. Very difficult to use and buggy.

It does the job but sometimes resets by itself. There’s also the problem in the settings window – showing behind other widgets and making it hard to check boxes regarding posts and pages.

Simply useless plugin. it doesnt work! i attempted to use it and all i achieved was to remove any widget that i tried to control…i ended up with none of my existing widgets being displayed on any page.

I installed this plugin into my wordpress site and all it did was stop any existing widgets from displaying on any page!!! Completely useless!
Perhaps im doing something wrong…it would help if there were some more detailed manuals about how to problem solved this plugin when not working as expected.

It does not provide control over widgets on Tag archive pages.
I was happy to use this plugin because it helped me to hide widgets from specific pages, posts and category archives. But only till I found it has weird effect on Tag pages. It displays all unwanted widgets on them. But weird thing is, all content from them is removed. Only empty containers are displayed, which unnecessarily takes a lot of real-estate on the page.
Another quite annoying thing is, it takes forever for Widget Controller to display option window. After using this plugin on about 40 widgets, waiting for this plugin to open its options forever, renders it unworkable. It doesn’t work.

The first time I’ve installed the plugin, I was in love with it. However, it would become better if there is a way to automatically add future posts selected by category.
