I have the same problem that is reported in this thread: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/the-response-is-not-a-valid-json-response-55/ That is, when I open the page of the dashboard I get the error “The response is not a valid JSON response.” I have reviewed this article that you published https://wisdmlabs.com/docs/article/wisdm-learndash-reports/lr-getting-started/wisdm-reports-performance-and-server-specification-recommendation/, and the characteristics of my server are correct:

• Users: 1160
• CPU Cores: 2
• RAM: 1536 MB

I’m working on testing the WISDM Reports plugin for a client’s site. After installing the plugin, I ran the “data upgrade” tools (which took several days) to index the data.

When I attempt to view the reporting dashboard, every widget (except the ads for “pro” version) shows a message, “The response is not a valid JSON response.”

Viewing the network activity panel in Chrome, I see that the calls to /rp/v1/revenue-from-courses/?start_date=1688961600&end_date=1691609215&_locale=user are resulting in 404 errors.

Any ideas on what we can do to fix this issue?

After installation of WISDM Reports, a menu item was generated under the Learndash menu to generate the report, but only for Administrators.

Is there a way to also show this for instructors?
