I can create a whiteboard message and preview it, but when I paste the shortcode into my page, update the page and view it the whiteboard doesnt show up.

Hi There,

I have downloaded and installed your awesome “Whiteboard Animation Software” plugin and to the best of my knowledge, have followed through with setting up OK.
When visiting our site the plugin starts as you would expect, however the hand moves across the page but does not leave the text visible. The end video text appears fine on the static presentation. Once the animation has finished, the play button can be pressed and the hand moves across with the text now visible. It performs the same in the preview too.
Also I am unable to move the position from left to middle or right of the screen using the options.

Looked great, put in multiple pages as a test and it does not work, simple enough code, is there a place you have to put in the page? I have unzipped, went into the directory and placed short code on a page or 2. Configured it to go to a special page without the https:// and it does not appear when I publish or preview. Using latest updated WP 4.1 as well.

Too bad, as it looks like a great attention grabber that would be perfect for my site.

I think I saw it play one time and the text was no color as well. I have set to view more then once but that does not matter either?

Hello, very nice plugin.

Preview on settings page works perfectly but on live page text not visible.
Tried some css modifications with no luck. Any suggestions?

Also, any other hand choices available? ie: female?

I downloaded the plugin and entered my info but when i went and updated the latest version of WP and then activated your plugin your plugin will not work now! Just a heads up part of my content was lost at the same time.

I can follow the steps and get the ‘hand animation’ but no whiteboard animation.

Not sure what’s going on. I’d love to know if this plugin works for anyone else. I can’t add a new message and the preview doesn’t work. Everytime I try to add a message I get a white screen with the message: {“success”:false,”message”:”Please enter a message.”}. I’ve tried the plugin on more than one site with the same results. This really should have been easy.
