Hi. It seems that your 3D Viewer always uses the origin from geometry. This way my models are to low displayed in the viewer. I need something like origin to mass (Volume). Like in Blender.

So is it even possible to save an origin in the glb file and your viewer using that origin, or does your viewer ignore the origin in the files and always using his own way to get the origin (geometry) ?

I don’t want to edit all the models in the Preview / Edit Mode manually and adjust the camera / view.

we have a lot of models and we using SOLIDWORKS XR to make .glb files for the 3D viewer. And the models are displayed in your 3D Viewer. But we always have the problem, that the model is to big or to near.

Is there a way, that your viewer can use the camara that is included in the glb file? Or any other way, that we just can upload the glb without editing the view / camara / scale of the model.

I mean even the 3D viewer in Windows 10 always show the model in the right angle / view.

I was hoping you could help me. The files are not loading on mobile? Is it possible to change this? Or perhaps toggle it to only show product images on mobile and 3d viewer on desktop? It accounts for such a large proportion of the market. I have installed the plugin on magneticmini.com

I installed the plugin to use in my woocommerce products. Every time I add some pictures to Product gallery the control panel buttons stops working. It is only working with empty product gallery. What might be the problem?

Hi, when I place a created shortcode in the product description field, it works like a charm. But when I place that same shortcode in another tab (created with WooCommerce Product Tabs Plugin) it doesn’t. What can I do?

Unfortunately the inner shortcode isn’t being parsed. How can I achieve that?

Hi All I’m new to website stuff and creating a new eCommerce website using woo-commerce. I am trying to display stl’s using Easy 3D Viewer and followed the installation on the plugin and enabled on the product but it does not display anything. I’m clearly doing something wrong. Can anyone tell me step by step the process of adding a 3d stl image in a prouduct?

I use CloudFront as a cdn for all my images. Since my obj file is larger than my allowed upload size to my WordPress server, I’d like to be able to use the cdn to deliver that as well. Why doesn’t this work?

I’ve installed this plugin on multiple websites (including blank instances of WordPress, just with this plugin and WooCommerce installed) on two different hosting platforms to test, and every time I go to change some settings, when I hit save, I get the error message “Sorry, your nonce did not verify.”

Any ideas what the issue could be.

Servers have been running PHP 7.2 and PHP 7.4, both with and without SSL encryption on the sites.

I like the plugin, but it removes my woocommerce gallery images when I put in a product model. Any way around that?

The alternative I tried was to put the short code in the product description instead, but then I get a 404 error….

With the animated GIF, WEBM video converter will I be able to do the following:

After creating the GIF/WEBM can I delete the STL file from the server and still have the amination showing?

Can I save the GIF/WEBM video? For example, if I use it on a local install to create the videos can I then use them on a live site?

Hi, i’ve uploaded the 30mb .obj model and when i click on set model, it keeps loading but the picture does not show,also file size says 0mb and polygon count is also 0
i cannot generate the shortcode then
am i missing something?

I would like the model to open in the modal box when I press on the 3D Object link. (See deskline.ergostate.com)

Is this a bug or does this require pro-version?

When I click on “set model”, I select the .glb file but when I click on “generate shortcode”, “please upload the model first” appears. I’ve also tried other supported formats but it never works. I use WordPress version 5.7.1 and Themify Parallax. How can I solve?
