I was hoping you could help me. We would like to remove the price in the Abandoned Cart emails that get sent to customers. Here’s the plugins name: ‘WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery’
It seems to be a shortcode generating the price. I’ve tried turning this off with a php snippet but it didn’t seem to work. The shortcode’s name seems to be: {product_amount}
Is there an easy way to remove this on these emails? Ideally, if I could just have some php code to turn this price off, that would be super helpful.

]]>Hi, we use the plugin with succes. However, we noticed that when people want to use a couponcode, the coupon code is not added to the card. It only happens with some customers, but always when they used the recovery link.
Is this a know issue, or do you have any ideas how we can fix this?
Cache is disabled for those pages and spamfilters are checked.

I’ve set 2 email templates to be sent. First template should be sent after 5 minutes and second template should be sent after 23 hours ( see here: https://snipboard.io/97cOKt.jpg )
However, first template is being sent approx. every 20 minutes for some reason which looks spammy. Do you have any idea how to stop this? Thanks for your help!

In settings and then general tab of the plugin, when we try to add users to exclude, the dropdown does not follow the query of the search but just shows the all users from z to a. Here is a screenshot for reference: https://ibb.co/B4Mb3xh

Currently I’m using AutomateWoo to send abandoned cart emails but this plugin doesn’t support shortcodes to have this compatible with the Translatepress system.

However I need these e-mails of the recovered cart orders to be sent to a different e-mailaddress. I can not change the admin_email in the wordpress general settings because all types of messages will be sent to that e-mailaddresss. I only want the abandandoned cart recovered orders to be mailed to a different e-mailaddress. How can i accomplish this without changing the admin_email in the wordpress general settings?

Recently we noticed that there are a lot of Abandoned Cart entries which is spam. They are all from one IP address coming from one certain place in the world. There are hundreds of entries.
I can block this specific IP address, but how are we going to prevent this in the future, if there are like spam entries from a different IP address?

overall, we would submit a feature request here: verify customer email address by sending a coupon, reasons here:
1# 25% around customer input a wrong email address, and they will miss the email notification with tracking code, so you know this facts?
2# it is a great way to verify customer email if they can receive a coupon.
3# we do not think it would be much helpful for recovery the abandoned cart by the delayed email, mostly it will never be recovered. Because shopping online is not only cost considerably but also time assumptions. the customer hate the delayed coupon emails, and think the seller has no sincerity to allow coupon discount.
4. The most effective way is to send coupon immediately when a customer submit email address. We did a test for one month by setting different delayed time like by minutes, by hourly, daily. According to our test, 99 % recovered orders were recovered by the email send in minutes. 1% were recovered by hourly, and no recovered cart if coupon was sent more than one day after first trying. That means the shorter time the better conversation rate, and the most effective way to to push placing order is right now when add item to cart but not delayed emails.

If the image is offloaded to cloud storage/CDN by this plugin at https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/amazon-s3-and-cloudfront/, it will always show improper in the sent email:

It seems that it supports sending coupons to customer with the time limit by Send mail rules. For now, the minimum time is 1 minute.
We just want to send an email with a coupon immediately upon email input. It is not only a great way to send coupon immediately to customer, but also it is a great way to verify if the email address is valid.
Is that possible?
Or, could you please provide a short codesnippt to allow set the minimum time to be seconds?

I am using the free version of your plugin. I have set 3 emails to go for abandoned carts, however I dont see the emails going out properly. They are not going out at all for guest users, and for the registered users, all 3 emails do not go out. Please see the screenshot of the emails – you can see they are not going properly. Is there any issue? If yes, please help resolve this issue. Also, is there a limit on the number of emails that can be sent on the free version? Please let me know.
