Hi, the activated the plugin and it works with all payments accept Paypal that asks for the acceptance also if the field is checked.
]]>The buttom customers need to click, doesn’t show on the checkout page. There’s a “By proceeding with your purchase you agree to our?Terms and Conditions?and Privacy Policy”-line, but not a buttom to actually accept these conditions, just a link in the text. This is made in Apperance – Customize – WooCommerce – General – Checkout page.
I have installed the “Additional Terms for WooCommerce”-plugin and edited it, but it still doesn’t show.
The theme is Blocksy.
Hello,
Is there any way to make the plugin work with the new Gutemberg blocs checkout page?
Thank you
]]>Hi there, as the title suggest; how do I go about translating the text in WPML?
]]>I sent you a bunch of emails about this and tried again and again to update the plugin to latest PRO version. But your are ignoring our emails about this and don’t update the PRO-version at Paddle. We still are working with 1.2.0 instead of 1.3.0 and just because your are blocking the update I’ve paid.
Why is this? Why are you acting in this unprofessional way?
]]>Hi!
I wonder if I can buy somehow your commercial version of the Additional terms plugin. your website shows me the message: “Dear Valued Customers, please be aware that we are currently undergoing website maintenance to enhance your experience. Some features may be temporarily unavailable. We appreciate your patience and look forward to serving you even better shortly.”
And it is there for quite a while already.
Please advise.
]]>It seems like the latest version of the plugin is incompatiable with LearnDash. We are running the latest version of Learn Dash and WordPress. As soon as we upgrade your plugin from version 1.5.2 to version 1.6.1 our site is brought down with a critical error.
If I deactivate Learn Dash in the plugins folder with your 1.6.1 then the site works. If I revert back to your version 1.5.2 then the site works.
This “one more terms” on checkout is not part of mobile checkout with apple pay or google pay button, displayed on product page or cart page. So, because the user can’t accept the additional term inside apple pay or google pay checkout, it’s not possible to finish the order on mobile devices.
Is there a possitibily to reach the same solution like the WooCommerce own field “acceptence of terms” which is working nice with mobiles payments?
]]>The checkout page loads using the [woocommerce_checkout], how ever, the checkbox shows and the link for the second set of terms is also present and if you highlight it, it does show the correct link to the page with the terms, however, if you click the link, it does NOT open that page in a new window, but instead a horizontal box appear about the checkbox line, and is completely bank. This appears to be a problem somewhere in the code, either due to the age of the theme being used or something else. This isite is still using the old Enfold Theme. Can someone please advise why this isn’t working? This is vital we get this extra check working ASAP.
]]>This is an excellent plugin. Works smoothly for me.
I wonder if it is possible to add more than one set of additional terms? I would ideally break mine down into 2-3 shorter, specific terms. I don’t know how you’ve coded it so I am unsure whether this is a simple loop or repetition, or completely out of the question. Any ideas? Appreciated.
]]>Hi,
When “WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway” is installed second acceptance is not working – order can be processed and paid. This was pointed in earlier support question by ‘theart8’ about ‘PayPal Express’ plugin but but it’s not resolved, not even answered.
This is very important issue, Mahdi, please have a look at this, you are an “Expert in both WordPress and WooCommerce”
Thank You in advance!
Is there a way I can set the additional terms to only be shown on certain products? We have one product we need to have the additional terms to be shown on but not the others. Is this possible with this plugin?
]]>Dear dev,
I noticed that your plugin indeed works by making compulsory the acceptance of additional terms, so if I click “Place order” without checking the box, it shows an error.
However, this does not happen with the PayPal Express Gateway plugin and in fact the PayPal button is different from “place order” as it is a button generated from PayPal. So I can go on with PayPal even if I did not checked the box.
]]>Would it be possible to make the plugin compatible with Polylang for WooCommerce to translate the strings?
]]>Hi,
in Woocomerce –> settings –> Additional Terms I want to add a script in the notice filed, so when I click on it a modal with the privacy policy opens. But when I save, the script tag is omitted and on the front-end all the javascript is shown. Can you help me to fix this?
Thanks
Kind Regards
This morning I got several e-mails from customers saying that they weren’t able to proceed to checkout while buying my online course. I disabled all plugins and activated them one at the time and the Woo additional terms plugin was the cause of the error…
Can you please try to fix this? Your plugin was very usefull withe the new law on privacy
]]>Using version Woo Additional Terms 1.1.0 and WooCommerce 3.4.2 and WordPress 4.9.6.
I can get the notice to appear on checkout for a new Refunds page I setup. But, when I add %link% to the notice it does not add the link to the page.
Please can this be resolved.I looked at the code and it seems that filtering logic does not exist anymore. Has support for this feature been removed?
]]>Hi, it’s possibile to have one more additional ckeckbox?
Thanks
Would it be possible to make the plugin compatible with WMPL to translate the strings? It would not be that hard. Just use text domains for the output: https://developer.www.ads-software.com/plugins/internationalization/how-to-internationalize-your-plugin/
]]>Is it possible to make the additional terms conditional based on category? i.e. The Additional Terms will only appear and will only be required when a product in a certain category is in the cart? Thanks!
]]>Hello,
I cannot user the plugin with the latest WordPress version 4.9.5.
While activating it i get the following message:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home/~/wp-content/plugins/woo-additional-terms/includes/back-end.php on line 18.
Do you plan to support the latest WordPress version?
Cheers,
Jakub
Hi there!
Thank you so much for this plugin!! I wanted just to change the standard checkoutfield text but that was to much work for me as a beginner with WP en CSS.
I have a question: No i only use your plugin as a ‘agree term’ checkoutbox, buit i want the words ‘privacy policy’ and ‘algemene voorwaarden’ link to a page for terms of condition and the privacy policy. I red something about %link% but is cant find anywhere how this works for me.
