Advance Search for WooCommerce is a good plugin.
But I am facing a problem about how to set the searching box only show matched keyword result.
For example, when I search ‘ball’. I want to show result it matched the whole keyword.
eg. first ball, soft ball, Shake Ball it is right result.
But I don’t want to show result inclde football , basketball, Ballerina … I don’t want to display result when the wording part of include ‘ball’
How can I set?
The search result now is on top? previously is in the bottom of the search bar
]]>Hello!
I would like to search, by default only one category “videos”, hide the options. Is it possible?
Thank you in advance.

The search form “Advance_search_for_woo_display_main” is added in the middle of the wrapper-fillter section. It looks good when the browser is full screen, but when the screen size become smaller, the fields will be split into few columns which look like weird.
So is there any way for me to change to position of the searching form?
e.g. move it just below the “Show: All” field
Hello dear,
I have found a new error with your plugin. When I’m searching for ‘minimal’ with selecting theme category, it’s working good. But when clicking the show more button, it’s repeating the same products every time when I click on show more button. What’s the problem?
Thanks.
Hi dear,
I just add your this plugin to my online marketplace called Grampar. When I search for plugins then I select plugin category and searched for ‘full’ and ‘page’ keywords, but in the search result page it’s also showing themes also. I already mentioned the category must have to be ‘plugin’. Why this happening? How can I solve this issue?

]]>store is in development, your plugin works very well – but is there a way so that it doesn’t insert a search bar to the top of every category page ? I am just looking for an advanced search page – I inserted your shortcode in the page I created for it and it worked very well – but I don’t want the search bar on any other page – is there a solution ?
]]>Hi there,
I’m setting up a woocommerce webstore and installed your plugin to be able to search product tags.
My problem is that though I inserted the shortcode to only one specific page, your plugin seems to have inserted itself somehow to all product-archive pages (not the original wp-archive pages), including the store home page. I checked the original theme’s archive template and the wc archive template but I don’t see anything that would explain that behavior.
My guess (based on the position on the pages) is it is somehow automatically hooked to the woocommerce_before_shop_loop hook, and I tried to remove it through functions php,
remove_action( ‘woocommerce_before_shop_loop’, ‘woo_advance_search’ );
but it didn’t work.
Could you help me please to solve this?
thanks
EDIT
Meanwhile I’v found this in your class-woo-advance-search.php:
$this->loader->add_action( ‘woocommerce_before_shop_loop’, $plugin_public, ‘woo_advance_search_shortcode’, 30 );
and tried this
remove_action( ‘woocommerce_before_shop_loop’, ‘woo_advance_search_shortcode’, 30 );
didn’t work either.
]]>Hello!
I installed the plug-in correctly but the researche give a page not found error, how can I fix it?
Thanks
Thanks Very simple!
It would be very useful to me if I choose the category level.
To be precise I have many product categories and categories in them.
i.e. Fashion- Men – Clothing
– Shoes
– Accessories
– Underwear
. . . . . .. . . .
You know in this situation, Every parent and child categories show in the filter. Is it possible to only show selected level in the filter?
I’ve used all kind of search plugin since I made my site, they were complicate and heavy. finally I found yours. can you make my dream come true?
Sincerely,
HeeJae
