My client is reporting that the price quoted for shipping doesn’t change. If you order one bag of cocktail mix or 12 bags, the price for postage doesn’t change – its always $10.55. Each bag weighs 400g so that can’t be right. This seems to be a recent problem as my client hasn’t noticed the discrepancy before. Can you please advise on what we should do

Everything was working fine, but since Friday, the shipping is now crazy expensive. It seems to be calculated all items individually and not as a total weight?

Is there a setting I can change or am I missing something?

It also calculates ex GST… is that because i’ve set an exclusive of tax setting on wordpress?

I have setup the plugin and I have only just been able to see the shipping methods, there is still pages of error coding showing up. How do I fix them or know when the app is working smoothly.

Have installed WooCommerce Australia Post Shipping Basic, enabled it, got the API – set the local postcode to Brisbane 4000.
I have 2 shipping zones. Whole of Australia and Local Brisbane.
However when trying to add shipping methods to these zones, by clicking on the little “+” only the default ones are available ie FREE, LOCAL PICKUP and FLAT RATE.
I cannot see the AUS POST to add as a shipping method. Why not? Where can I set it to be available in the drop down?
My general settings are “sell to all countries” and “ship to all countries”.

the Instructions tell me to install the Aust post SSL certificate, my host does not allow me to install it in the Certificates folder. Where is it supposed to get installed?
