I purchased this to enable my client to manage his WooCommerce store with over 400 products . He’s super happy with it. I made a setting for him that makes it easy to see the fields he needs to edit in bulk. Sheet Editor’s ability to find and include custom meta fields from other plugins, means he can export to Excel, apply calculations to alter prices for his B2B customers, find and replace typos etc, and reimport to WooCommerce. We’ve had a couple of smaller issues with missing fields, but the plugin support team quickly solved it for us in a day or two.

I loathe the many clicks that it takes to add a single product in WooCmmerce. With this plugin, it only took me a short time to create a whole batch of products, with different attributes customized for different categories.
I created my first product and set up my WooCmmerce categories the traditional way in WordPress, then went into the Sheet Editor, where I created everything else. I set up and saved a column layout with my custom attributes, then added a bunch of new rows. Once I saved and reloaded (important step), I could quickly populate my other products as if I were in Excel. I could even cut and paste over multiple cells.
Kudos to the developers! Must have been quite a task to program this to work so smoothly!

I will say it has a learning curve basically because it has so many features, but once you get the hang of how it operates, it is a tool that every woocommerce store owner should own if they have several products on their store. Perfectly crafted and worth every penny!

It has been a super helpful tool in our toolbox.
However, I wish it would have one main plugin that connects to my account and I can enable extensions one by one according to my license. The way it is done right know is really cumbersome. I hope it will get improved in the future! Would also like to see them ditch freemius licensing as it has caused us problems in the past.

The plugin is great but have too many addons so, even paying you may need to buy an additional addon as taxonomies if you pay for the products editor.

Sheet Editor PRO is a super plugin that makes is easier to handle products.
Working with spredsheet and coppy / past works.
You can edit existing products and you can also import csv with lots of products.
And if you have a problem – support will find the solution, fast and by mail or by chat.
I wish every plugin developer would work like them.

Ce plugin fait gagner un temps fou, Aujourd’hui j’avais 136 variations Woocommerce à traiter avec pour chacune 4 saisies dont 1 image. Imaginez que je le fasse dans Woocommerce, 136 variations à ouvrir etc. Beaucoup plus facile avec un tableau, 1 variation=1 ligne. Je recommande assurément cet outil. Claude

Wish I found this plugin sooner, it’s really really great.
But I have my main store keep crashing after install this plugin, getting critical error after entering plugin page, refresh and then it’s gone, it’s a bit annoying but still usable.

We’ve been using WP Sheet Editor on several clients websites and they are a must for big sites. It makes the whole editing and updating process super easy. The bulk feature is amazing for editing a big amount of items, for example updating the category or stock of many products at once. Highly recommended.

Most importantly, I can copy and paste from Excel.
When I really knew it was good, was when I was hiding columns I didn’t need and it offered to hide similar columns rather than making me uncheck them one at a time. I don’t think I’ve ever seen another piece of software give that extremely convenient suggestion before. That kind of above-and-beyond convenience is a great thing to see.

Unlike another spreadsheet-style WooCommerce tool I’ve used (and deleted), this one actually works! You can see all your products, their categories, attributes, etc — and then edit/add/delete them. All from one place. It works smoothly, too, no hanging on updates.
Yes, the free tool doesn’t provide any real utility, but the paid one delivers.
