Exclude email sending For ( only – processing and completed )
Notify recovery to admin – active
Send recovery report emails – active
Email details added
All other settings are disabled.

]]>My customers are trying to use the coupon code but when the coupon is applied they receive a “Coupon Usage Limit” in the card. When I review the coupon code in WP, it shows 0/1 used but still doesn’t work. When I change the usage limit (in WP) greater than 1 it works. Does the plugin have an option to increase the usage limit or what could be causing this issue?

However we tested same thing on the dev site and details are displayed with no issue. Is this something to do with hosting, as the dev site is hosted in T35 and the live site hosted in GoDaddy. Could you please provide your feedback how to solve this issue?

Second, our emails show {site_url} in the footer. I don’t see a setting to edit the site URL as I assume this shortcode should grab the site URL from WooCommerce?
]]>We’ve installed the plugin for test purposes with the email notification disabled. The cart abandoned cut-off time is set to 90 minutes which I would consider quite generous. 27 carts were tagged as abandoned. However, if I check the database for orders containing these emails 25 of 27 did actually purchase something. Should I increase the cut-off time?

it seems, that the plugin is loading WooCommerce assets and its own css file to other non-relevant admin pages also, so it breaks some other admin menu pages’ UI, like Divi’s admin pages.
Please fix it to load only the necessary assets and only on relevant pages on admin too!

]]>Hi, I started using your plugin last week and I would like to ask what actually triggers an abandonment?
I seem to get 1 or 2 each day, and in some cases there is a processing order within 1 minute of the abandonment but in other cases the user does not return despite emails.
I have checked with a couple of the customers who are actually family members about their user experience on the website and why their order may have been abandoned but they don’t know because they said they literally added a product to basket, went to checkout, paid without any issues yet their details are in “cart abandonment” as well as having a processing order.
I would like to know if there is an issue either with the plugin or with the website but I feel some of these entries are false.

I see only the buttons to watch, eliminate and unsibscribe, but I can’t see the button to update the email. I am able to edit the email into the orders, but not into this plugin. Everybody who lists products on Google Merchant gets crawled by them and in turn gets lots and lots of abandoned carts by the bot. I would absolutely love for there to be an ignore list based on email address. Be it on a general settings level or per-followup email; makes no difference to me. I’m tired of removing the bot from my reports because if I don’t I get bounced emails.
For the record, the bot is always John Smith with the email [email protected]

Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t seem to work.
I have had multiple people test, I’ve tested myself, and no one has gotten an email.
Any thoughts on what might be going wrong? Are there areny known conflicts with any specific versions of WordPress or Woo Commerce?
I’m using NitroPack for caching and Asset Cleanup Pro. Although I have tested without them and it still doesn’t work.
I’m using the most up-to-date versions of every plugin as of Aug 12.

When the mail is sent, the link to abandoned cart cannot be clicked on mobile. You have to hold down on it and then you can get the option to open the link in browser. Is there a way to make it work with one simple tap on the link? Thanks in advance

We are experiencing an issue with your plugin. In our shop, we have a custom payment gateway that allows shoppers to submit their order as a quote request. The order is created, then a custom order status named Awaiting quote is applied. One of the employees then evaluates the quote, and sends an email to the customer along with a link to complete the payment. The order status is then changed to Awaiting Payment.
The problem is, even though I checked the Awaiting Quote in the Exclude email sending For option, customers are still getting the reminder email if that status is left as is for more than a day. Is there something I’m not understanding about this option? I would expect an order with an excluded status to not send the reminder email.
