Is this from the plugin itself or the result of another plugin interfering with the clover one.

]]>When users are logged in to the site, the Clover payment fields (credit card fields) do not work. Nothing happens when you click on the input areas of any of the fields.
Alternately, users who are NOT logged in are able to fill out the Clover credit card payment form fields just fine.

I am attempting to pinpoint a problem that I am having where after an order is placed, it immediately goes to “Shipped” status. This has been happening over the course of several months now and I’m not sure why.
Initially the process was…
1. Order was placed
2. Order went to processing status
3. Tracking number was manually added
4. Order went to ship status
Also, the information that appears on the receipt generated by Clover has recently changed. The client’s shipping address use to appear on the address. That’s no longer the case.

]]>I’m updating a website for someone and I ran into an issue when applying an update to woocommerce.
I have successfully updated almost all of the site’s plugins, themes, and minutia, until I ran into this issue. Under the “Settings” section for woocommerce, it said that two files were out of date for the theme the website is using -> (-motors/woocommerce/checkout/review-order.php version 3.8.0 is out of date. The core version is 5.2.0,) and to fix them I should follow this guide -> (https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fix-outdated-templates-woocommerce/). I followed the guide exactly using filezilla FTP client, but when completed, the WooCommerce Clover Payment Gateway widget disappears from the page. The plugin API key is registered and no options are changed from before the update attempt. Reverting to the 3.8.0 file restores functionality.

I am looking to integrate the Clover POS system in to a client’s website. It seems this plugin will be necessary but it has not been updated for 11 months or tested with the last three major WP releases.
I imagine the plugin still works fine but wanted to learn more before taking the time to setup.

]]>I am a developer; my client sells products in WooCommerce that are taxable and non-taxable. When the client generates tax reports in clover, it displays the full transaction amount for WooCommerce Orders under the “taxable amount” column. For example if the woocommerce order was for $44.00 and only $16.00 of that order was taxable, clover will still report the full $44.00 under “taxable amount” instead of $16.00. Is this a bug with the plugin, or is there a setting somewhere to fix it? Thank you.

si se pudiera usar también el plugin WooCommerce Clover Payment Gateway con las opciones que da este plugin, es lo que busco.
En resumen solo he visto como funciona Custom Payment Gateways for WooCommerce en la version de prueba pero nunca he visto un ejemplo de alguien usando las apis.

I have been trying to link my Clover account with my website so that my website customers can order through Clover. I only use my phone and the attached Clover device to accept payments. I don’t have a hardware POS system. Is it still possible to use your plugin? I installed both the public and the private API’s, but when I followed your link in the instructions it wanted me to sign-up and install something on my POS system which I don’t have.

There is no such app in the Clover Marketplace and therefore as per your instructions…no way to obtain an API key to link WooCommerce, as you state, to connect our Clover POS…none. But, it looks like a good plugin…if I could ACTUALLY connect to Clover POS. Please enlighten. Thank you.

Hi There,
Up until a couple of months ago everything was working as it should. Now after choosing Clover as the payment option and clicking, “Place Order” an error reads, “ERROR PROCESSING CHECKOUT. PLEASE TRY AGAIN.”.
Please note that I understand there are many things that could’ve triggered the error. I have tried all common WordPress related troubleshooting ideas to no avail.
Any time and attention to this is appreciated! Ideas will get me started.

I have used WooCommerce Clover Payment Gateway plugin in my website and I have created order go to checkout, to enter the test credit card number 4005 5780 0333 3335 then submit after get an error “INV ACCT NUM: The card has probably been cancelled by the issuer. Ask for another form of payment. Contact support if you believe this to be incorrect. “.
The Api Key is found by going to Clover.com “More Tools” then install the “Smart Online Order” app. Once
installed, open the app to get the Api Key. Copy the Api Key and paste into the Woo-Commerce payment integration.
First I used a sandbox account but “Smart Online Order” app not found in more tools menu
