Hi all,
The certificate, both legacy and custom, are completely broken on my website.
The legacy certificate has issue with text below date and signature text:
When trying to use certificate builder, I only have these courseware blocks:
There is no option to transform them, to add underline block, date, etc. When I try to drag components to the template, it does not apply. When I click + to add block, only these 3 appear:
When using this plugin we have started getting the following error on completing checkout:
“There was an error processing your order. Please check for any charges in your payment method and review your order history before placing the order again.”
It looks like the payment is successfully going through however the purchaser of the course is not being enrolled in the associated course and the chekcout is not triggering the usual email confirmations.
Any idea how to reslolve this?
Thanks

]]>Hello, is it possible to create a template with Elementor and apply it to the courses?
I have created a template in Elementor and I have indicated the condition to show the courses, but only the template is loaded without the course content… I can’t get Elementor and the course page to communicate.
I have 4 courses set up, all with the same permissions. I also have 4 products set up for these course.
I’ve gone to WP Courseware -> Woocommerce and pressed the Edit Course Access Settings button for each of the products I want to grant access to a course for. I check the box for the course I want to grant access to and I select to retroactively enroll students in the course.
With my test account I have only purchased 1 of my 4 courses, however all 4 courses show up in the courses list at /my-account/courses/ and I have access to all of them.
Oddly enough if I remove the uncheck the access checkbox for the 1 course I have purchased, I do lose access to that course, but doing that with the other 3 courses has no effect – they stay in the list even though the product hasn’t been purchased.
All of this is behind a password protected page, so its hard for me to give you a link right now, but I’m hoping you might be able to provide some help.
]]>Please add a search and filter like the ones in products, posts, and units in the [WooCommerce & Automatic Course Access Settings]. It’s too time-consuming to go down the line in each course trying to find the units to turn on or off per course.
We have 232 courses, 232 units, and 218 products. Thanks for looking at this and possibly adding something better.
Even after activating courseware pluggin it says
WP Courseware has not been detected. Is it installed and activated?
what should i do ?
Good afternoon. I have an online academy, and I am having an issue that I am trying to solve for one week but I simply can’t find the solution. I even bought another server and installed a new WP client.
The thing is between WooComerce Memberships and WP Courseware. When people buy the course get assigned to it; until here it is everything ok.
But when I have to create a new membership, extend it, delete it, cancel, put on hold (or whatever) manually, I do it in the WooCommerce Membership admin area, I just add, erase or modify. All the access to the pages, posts… Get modified, but the courses just don get modified.
For example, if I erase the membership, they lose access to the membership (assigned) pages, but the course is still there!
If I create a new membership, the course does not appear and even with the link, they can’t see it.
If I change the dates, they are just the same as when the customer subscribed.
I deactivated all plugins already, but nothing. Now I am testing on a new WP, With just the minimal plugins to try out if this works. But nothing.
Am I losing something? Have anything changed… Not so far time away it was working with no problem, and even now with new server there is no way to put it on work.
I don’t even know what is the plugin that is causing this issue. This is so confusing. Has any configuration changed?
Thanks for the time given in advice.

]]>Hi,
Is it possible to translate the following:
‘Course’, ‘Unit’, ‘Module’, ‘Mark as completed’, ‘Next Unit’,
I have code to show More Posts by Author and its showing up in the WP Courseware modules, even though it’s only supposed to show on single.php templates. I’m using is_single() but apparently WP Courseware is using that too.
Hoping someone can help?
What is the conditional statement to detect if the Module template is shown? Something like ‘is_module()’
Also should detect the Units template too, just in case.
Thanks!

]]>Hello!
We are using Woocommerce add-on to sell products and enable the costumer to enroll a course. We are using Woocommerce subscription to create a subscription product. What we want is to set a billing period of 6 months, but we want the student to have acces to the videos for 12 months.
I’ve been looking but I can’t find the answer. Have the acces to the course the same lenght as the subscription? Can we change the enrolled period to be diferent of the billing period?
Thanks!
]]>Hey! A client is using WP Courseware and WooCommerce. This integration plugin is great. The only issue is that client’s users were able to see their courses and progress by following the “domain.com/my-courses/courses” url. Since installing the “WooCommerce Addon for WP Courseware” plugin, it seems this url now results in a 404 page while the user’s info can now be accessed at “domain.com/my-account/courses.” While this is helpful for clients wanting to take advantage of Woo’s My Account features, our client is not one of them. They want the previously working url “…/my-courses/courses” to work again. What would you guys advise in order make the previous url work again?
]]>Let me start from an example:
– user buys Product A and is given access to Course A
– the same user buys Product B and is supposed to get access to Course B, effectively having access to both courses A and B.
But with the second purchase plugin removes access to Course A. Why is that?

Only a few courses show up in our woocommerce overview. Now I can not pair the courses with the products.

]]>Hi there,
Not sure what’s up, but I’ve got a woocommerce product linked with wpcourseware and I’m not getting how they are linking. The user is not being enrolled into WPcourseware as a student. See https://screencast.com/t/ngiDpbsIkSFn and feel free to hit me up with questions. I’d be willing to set up an admin account so you can check in the WP dashboard. Right now the woocommerce info and wpcoureware users don’t seem to be linking up..
All plugins/themes/wp framework up to date.
I purchased a product linked with wpcourseware and it’s not showing up anywhere as registering for the course. New users should be given access based on WooCommmerce product.
Thank you!
]]>Please help!
I have purchased the CourseWare plugin and also plan to use the Woocommerce plugin to manage ecommerce functions. I am struggling to figure out how to set everything up to work correctly for our business model.
We have an online e-learning course that will be sold to businesses who will then make the course itself available to their customers for free. So our “subscribers” are business entities who will not be taking the course themselves and we will have “students” who will take the course after being referred by the subscriber.
The subscribers will choose from multiple subscription options. The base subscription will enable them to provide the course to a maximum of 10 students each month. The gold subscription level will allow them to refer a maximum of 25 students per month and the platinum subscription will provide unlimited students per month. Gold costs more than base – platinum costs more than gold and for each option there will be a discounted full pay price if they choose to pay in full for the year rather than pay monthly. So our “product” – the subscription to provide access to the course to their customers – will have at least 6 options each with a different price.
We also need to use multiple URL’s as the course will be presented or offered in different ways. In addition to selling business owner subscriptions we will also sell the course directly to end users or students. The third distribution channel will provide the course for free to end users, but only in exchange for agreeing to receive a particular related product quote.
So – 3 distinct distribution channels for the same course, each with its own unique website home.
For the primary business subscriber channel, while the course itself will remain the same for all subscribers and students — the look/feel of the website must be modified in the header and sidebar such that the course is presented in a private label manner. The subscriber can provide a link to their customers who desire to become students and take the course, when they click the link and go to the course page for that subscriber the main page header and the sidebar will be branded for that subscriber – in effect providing the subscriber with a private label course solution.
We do not want to have a completely separate URL and website for each subscriber as the setup effort required for each would be prohibitive (it would seem…). The header will be static for each subscriber through every page of the course. The sidebar however needs to be customizable such that there are multiple options that will be randomly selected and displayed as the student progresses through the course.
HOW DO WE BEST SET THAT UP?
Each subscriber will need to get email notices when a student enrolls in their private label course along with a notice of completion. Each subscriber will need to be able to get reports showing details on course students along with tallys on how many have been used for the month.
The other 2 channels are easier. The traditional direct to student sales site can be served with the plugins clearly. The free option that requires a quote will need a means through which the quote is completed and verified before the certificate of completion gets emailed.
I really need some help to figure out how to make this all work. I also may seek to hire a WP expert to help me get this all setup and working correctly. PLEASE HELP!
]]>When person purchases a subscription, they are provided access to the appropriate courses. When a customer CANCELS the subscription via the My Account page (WooCommerce), the check marks are not removed from the page showing what courses they have access to. PENDING CANCELLATION is the status in WooCommerce once they Cancel and even when I do a manual CANCELLATION on the pending, the access checkmarks still remain.
What setting(s) am I missing?
]]>Add a filter to modify the products that are listed in the WooCommerce tab that is added by this plugin.
My use of this, is to add category restrictions to what is shown.
Code suggested:
Line 74: $levelData = get_posts(apply_filters('wpcw_woo_product_args',$args));
Current:
Line 74: $levelData = get_posts($args);
Example use:
add_filter('wpcw_woo_product_args', 'filter_wpcw_woo_product_args',15);
function filter_wpcw_woo_product_args($args) {
//Limit WP Courseware to just "Courses" categorie
$args['product_cat'] = 'courses';
//Send args back
return $args;

Right now they just get a message saying they aren’t logged in. It’s confusing to people who just searched and found the course.
Alternatively, where can we edit that text to better inform them?
