Why is the “Is Fee Optional” an option which I can select as Yes if it doesn’t work when selected and saved on the free plugin? see pic attached
]]>Issue:
Currently, I can only search and add variation products one by one. This process is very time-consuming, especially when dealing with a large number of variations (e.g., 100 variations).
Suggested Feature:
It would be helpful to have a bulk selection or multi-select feature to make it easier to add multiple variations at once.
This started occurring just today Sept 25, 2024.
The WooCommerce Extra Fees Plugin (Premium) is causing the Customer Order page to be completely replaced.
This is an emergency issue that needs to be addressed immediately. I’ve had to deactivate the plugin.
The plugin is taking over the Edit Customer Order Page within the admin of WooCommerce.
Please see the attached screenshots.? The normal page should look like the typical Order Page.??
But when the Extra Fees Plugin is activated, that normal screen is replaced by one of the Extra Fees page.
What is going on?
]]>I run a customizer on my shop. I want to charge the fee based on custom designs.
So If a customer creates 3 products with the same design, the fee gets applyed only once.(works so far)
If the customer creates 3 different designs and orders 3 items each the customer should be charged 3 times.
Every design gets listed as a separate position in cart.
How can I achieve this?
I use the free version.
Thanks for your help
Hi there
Is it possible to have a Filter on Woocommerce orders page in order to SORT the orders based on EXTRA FEE FIELDS?

]]>I am trying to use this plugin with variable products. Whenever a product is set to Variable, it disappears from the drop-down menu under “Conditional Fee Rule”. If I change the product back to Simple, it reappears in the drop-down menu. Is there a fix for this?
]]>Yesterday a customer paid via Afterpay on this website and we have your plugin enabled. We only have Stripe and PayPal surcharges set but this customer was charged the PayPal surcharge for their purchase using only Afterpay (it’s not allowed to charge customers for Afterpay merchant surcharge so we manually refunded this but how do I make sure that both Afterpay and Zip aren’t charged?).
Can this be done on the free version?
Thanks
]]>I don’t see our Extra Fees being reported in any of the Woocommerce Reports. So how do we report on these fees?

Hi there. I’d like to know if it’s possible (with your free or premium version) to have an additional fee disabled if the basket contains a specific product and that product only. I had a look through the settings and couldn’t see anything but perhaps I was missing something.
]]>Hi,
Is it possible to add extra fees based on some product custom fields?
Is it possible to add fees from admin order pages? My customer pay only after quote confirmation.

]]>Hi,
Is there a way to set which tax should the fee use when using “Is Amount Taxable ?”
Problem:
I’m trying to narrow down a recent problem my client has.
Situation: we have 2 types of VAT (9% and 19%)
We are using the Extra Fees Plugin for WooCommerce (and thanks for that!) to add a packaging fee. ( 4.2 lei set in the plugin, for a total of 5 RON after the 19% VAT, marked as taxable)
From what I can see, everything was fine before the 29th of September, and the 19% VAT was applied to the fee. Now, the 9% VAT is applied instead (when checked as taxable) and I can’t find a way to change it back.
If I remember right, we had a Woocommerce update inbetween this dates that might be the cause, but I’m not sure.
]]>is there a feature that give information of the fee i added, lets take for example, i added a service fee to my store product..at end of the month i should be able to filter and export product in csv and the service fee in the excel sheet…it’s just like the way you get to view taxes in woocommerce report and you can get to export to csv
]]>Hello,
I was using woocommerce extra fees plugin to my website but I have found Vulnerability issues in wordfence security scan.
]]>Hi,
Wordfence is reporting that line 58 has changed.
Before the modification:
‘first-path’ => ‘admin.php?page=wcpfc-pro-list’,
After the modification
first-path’ => ‘admin.php?page=wcpfc-pro-list&send-wizard-data=true’,
Is this something that has come from you or is this something we need to be worried about?
Thanks,
Karen
Hello,
Currently, I am using WooCommerce Subscription with your plugin on my website, and I have configured a signup fee to be applied when customers sign up for the first time. However, I have noticed that the signup fee is being added to the recurring amount as well, which is causing confusion for my customers.
Ideally, I would like the signup fee to be applied only during the initial signup and not included in the recurring payments. This way, the fee would only be charged once upon signup, ensuring clarity for my customers regarding the recurring charges.

]]>Good afternoon, I’m creating a tire website and each tire has to have a fee (eco value) associated with it. That is, imagine a product costing 20 euros, the cart must show 20 euros + 1.05 (eco value) + VAT.
If you have 2 products, you have to add the fee, that is, 40 euros + 2.10 + VAT.
Is it possible with this plugin?
]]>Hi, does this plugin have options of calculating conditional fee on the individual cart item based on product category before subtotal instead of calculating conditional fee based on product category on the subtotal?
]]>Hello,
I just was wondering if the plugin have any option to apply coupon codes on the fees added? as I was not able to find a way to apply coupon on the extra fees. does the pro version have this option?
]]>Quick question. I am helping make a checkout system for a site that is importing all products and pricing from an inventory API to a wordpress installation.
In their physical store they have a checkout system that if the buyer pays with a credit card the price is adjusted 3.75% upcharge vs paying with cash then it would be the listed pricing .. They would like their pricing and checkout system online with woo and wordpress to do the same
Checking if this plugin would could show the live listed price as the credit card adjusted price of the additional 3.75%, then at checkout if they are paying cash, would discount the 3.75% for in store pickup.
Thanks!!
]]>Silly question but, is the “End Date” meant to stop conditional payments before the day begins or after the day concludes?
]]>Hi there
Your plugin isen’t working with WordPress 6.2, we get a error message in the checkout
]]>Hello,
Just curious to see if this plugin/extension allows us to add an extra fee for each and every product that’s in the cart. For example, for every product added to cart, we’d like to charge an extra Convenience Fee for each product. So if say, 4 products are added to cart, we’d like to add $3.99 x 4. Is this possible with this extension, and if so. How would we do this? As I haven’t seen this on any of the settings so far.
Thank you.
]]>Hello there, very useful and nice plugin. Works very nice. But i noticed, when you use the mobile version, the Product Fee Title will show as double text, the price is still correct calculated, but it looks weird. I uploaded a image: https://ibb.co/rs4XFny
can you check it? Or is this only in my case… I use everything from the latest version like latest WP, WooC. etc…
it looks very strange on mobile. But on PC it looks fine. Thank you
