Hello, I’m considering purchasing this plugin and want to know if it will work with User Roles? For example, we have a Super Admin who can edit all products/content ect. Then a Regional Admin who is restricted to only editing content for their region. e.g setting local pricing, stock levels etc. Thanks!

We are going to b y this plugin adn started trial version to check the functionality. We have added 1 country in dropdown called “Saudi Arabia”. When we open website from pakistan plugin detects automatically opur location and show paksitan in menu selector but when we click on Saudi Arabia there is no option to go back to default country. Can you please guide me how to add global option in menu selector.

I’m using a plugin to create phone orders in the backend of my site. I noticed when orders are placed this way, the states that I have restricted are still being allowed through.

Is there a specific setting I can use to restrict states by user role? Since these orders are being placed on the backend of my site, they are being created by admin level users.

We are checking this plugin as an alternate one doesn’t seem to work but this also seems to have issues.

The IP country check on our shop page is saying we are in France (using a VPN to test) yet a product we have noted as not to be available in France is showing.

Have I missed sone requirement on the backend here? We are using the free version.

Doing this does not work so how do you separate out different country codes ?

I have installed your plugin to test if this was working for my client.
I have added a country to a specific product, and set up that this product can’t be ordered from this country. This was working while I was logged out from the admin panel.

When I want to delete the country at my product in the admin panel again, I can’t find the country anymore, while it’s still unvisible in the webshop…

How can I delete this country?

I have edited different products by country, and select them well, but in regards to the tag cloud, all store tags are shown, when only those that are selected in the products of the country should be displayed.

Is there any way to fix this error?

I am using your plugin WooCommerce Country Restrictions – Advanced Pro.

It work well but I do have cache enabled with WP Engine, so I use the function to reload the add to cart on page load.

The problem is that once the page load, it show the add to cart button for 2 seconds and it hide it.

Now our clients think that we sell in canada but we dont.

Is this possible to hide the add to cart or to add a little loading icon instead?

This is a nice plugin, however, it does not seem to hide products when they are added to pages using WooCommerce Blocks.

Alternative “Shop” pages and embedded product items are now fairly standard features for WooCommerce users, can this plugin be made to hide products from these too, or are we limited to the standard Shop page?

I have a product that has been purchased by a user in puertorico and he added a shipping address in USA.

*I only ship to USA and Canada

I dont know how but he was able to order from puertorico and buy the product at 0$…I never saw this kind of bug and I dont know how can this happen.

I contacted woocommerce and they said the issue would be related to woo-country-restrictions plugin.

Did I forgot something in the configuration?

I enabled back orders in USA only.

The add to cart is removed when it detects that the client is from another country.
The code work well when I test it on my dev environment without caching enabled.

The issue is that once I pushed it live, the add to cart button show up in other countries because my live environment have caching enabled. The button has been cached by the system from users in USA.

Is there a way to exclude the plugin from the cache or just make it do an Ajax refresh on page load?

If I have a bunch of products that I want to be available to buy from everywhere, can I just leave the Country Restriction fields blank, or do I have to add in every single country where the product needs to be purchasable from? (I have the non-premium plugin by the way)

I have tested your plugin in my default installation and it is working as expected.

I am looking for a option to get a country drop-down at shop page .

If a user open shop page, products will be there according to his country, that great and working after using your plugin. Now the second part is if user select different country and want to purchase a product for his friend from another country then the products should show for the selected country.

Is it possible to implement this drop-down thing with the use of your plugin.

Any help will be appreciated.

I have a question from a client as follows:-
They are selling product “1” in a country – lets say Australia, they want the revenue from that product to be paid into bank account 1 in Australia.

They also have a NZ branch that sells the same product “1” however they want the revenue from that product when purchased in NZ to go into Bank account 2 in NZ.

Would your product be suitable to achieve this result?
