Hello, when im logged in as administrator it generate coupons and send @, but when not logged in it dosent, nothin happen and no comunicate. Only red stroke in email field. (even if im writting the new email adress)

I want to display coupon box only on home page

When entering the email to claim the discount in the before subscribe pop up box, then pressing send, it no longer changes to the after subscribe box.

A red line appears around the email input box and a weird grey line/arrow appears above.

Since the plugin update on the 13th September I’ve had no new subscribers, so looks to be backdated from this.

Hello this plugin used to work fine but now whenever someone enters the email address to sub they get this error: *No g_validate_response

Also, sometimes the plugin icon doesn’t come up at all or the pop up. And sometimes when I edit the “Design” I get an error saying that it can’t save. Please help!

I noticed an issue today where a guest placed an order using apple pay, however the email confirmation was sent to another email (not his email). Upon checking, we noticed that the email it was sent to was an email that was signed up for the woo coupon box plugin a few days ago. He used apple pay. Very worrying, and I’m trying to figure out why this may have happened.

Stripe captured his correct email address, but WooCommerce captured a random email address from a few days ago that used woo coupon box.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to build my email list by offering a single-use 10% discount code to new subscribers of my newsletter…
So when people visit my website (wordpress website with a lot of woocommerce plugins), they receive a 10% discount code, when they sign up to my newsletter.
Do you know how I can automatically create a single use discount code which is:
– unique,
– only be used once,
– automatically emailed to the new subscriber, to the email that they entered.
– can be integrated into my mailerlite popup optins.

There is Popup trigger in this plugin with several option like “When users scroll”.

We just want popup only if a customer push the button of “Add to cart”.

Is it possible to add a new trigger of “Add to cart” by code snippets?

We could use Free WhatApp API (pay as you go) integration for whatapp messages.

Most people in India are mobile first and do not remember their email addresses.

Hi, please refer to the trial page linked here with coupon box set up. I can’t seem to enter anything in the email address text field, and the placeholder text “Enter your email address(*)” also does not show up. Possible to help with this?

Hello. I purchased the Coupon Box for Woocommerce license. But there seems to have a bug.

I added the custome field “Name” (see first image below) but it will not display in the coupon when I access the website on another computer for tests (see second image below).

Perhaps I am missing something. Your advice is welcome.
