I’m now in the process of translating my website with a plugin called translatedpress but I couldn’t find the root threads of the contented I created using your plugin.

I’m using WooCommerce Bookings for 2 bookable products. Both are set up correctly and were working perfectly on pc and mobile however now the calendar does not show any availability for either when you go into them on the mobile. As far as I’m aware nothing else has changed.

Any ideas how this can be fixed as I am concerned I’m missing bookings

Yikes, really need to install this plugin, and just my luck, it’s down.

I see it’s been down for some time due to copyright review, any idea when this will be back up and running? Any recommendations for alternatives in the meantime? Is there any other way to install?

I have Avada theme installed with no other email customizer plugins. I tested this first on a variable product to display in processing and completed emails. It only shows the default Woocommerce email content. I also tested this on a single product but it is still not showing.

I also tested to assigned the order status to processing and completed.

Wocommerce Doposits Plugin generates a status “Partial Payed” with would be great if was treated the same as “Processing” status.

Is it possible to have a different subject line for each product (i.e. “Thank you for your subscription” vs. “Thank you for making a donation”)?

Also, if we are already using WC’s Email Customizer plugin to design the templates of our emails, will this plugin inject the content just the same as if we were using WC’s vanilla emails?

I’m trying to use the plugin to insert a custom message for “Processing Renewal Order” emails, but it doesn’t seem to be working. I have:

show_if_subscription, show_if_variable-subscription

placed within the “Display for Other Product Types” box in Settings, too, but that does not seem to help as well.

I have installed both YayMail to customise the look of Woocommerce emails and the Woo Custom Emails plugin to allow different email content to be sent different product. When I enable the YayMail template it doesn’t include the custom message included in the product.
Did anyone try to use both plugins before? Ultimately what I need is to be able to customize the email content of the emails sent by Woocommerce with a nicer layout (such as logo, colours etc).

The message from the ‘custom email per product’ is shown in the wrong location and often times also the wrong message. or with an extra message from another (not purchased) product. (the link will show how it looks)

We already downgraded wordpress to 7.4.2 to be sure it had nothing to do with the wordpress installation.

What else can we do?

I’m trying to get your plugin to work with The Events Calendar + RSVPs & Tickets; we’d like to send a custom email tailored to each Event (containing unique info, ZOOM link, etc.).

These Events are a custom post type, as follows, according to the maker:

Events: tribe_events
Venues: tribe_venue
Organizers: tribe_organizer
Event Categories: tribe_events_cat

Via “Woo Custom Emails Settings” I’ve tried adding the following to enable the ‘Custom Emails’ tab on the Events editing page:
show_if_tribe_events

But no success; please advise!

So I figured out that the plugin does not support merge/meta tags from woocommerce, I think this is essencial to the plugins excelence. So as I can imagine the creator has no time to finish this part of the plugin. So the question is, is possible to pay to do this? or something like this? I was trying to modify the plugin but it is almost impossible to find documentation to allow me to do this.

The plugin works really fine, I’m loving it, I think this is the only missing piece to make this plugin awesome!

Loving this plugin and exactly what I need to run my website but I am noticing that emails take upwards of 24 hours to arrive to people who is a real problem for my small business. All the web articles suggest using SMTP will resolve this but I think there might be a conflict. Is there any way around this to still use this plugin but send via an SMTP e.g sendinblue ?

I am looking to add content to the customer invoice email sent by Woocommerce but can’t because of the lack of order status options.

Is it possible to have “Pending payment” as one of the order status options? “On Hold”, “Processing” and “Complete” are all after a payment has been made and thus makes it impossible to add payment instructions for specific products.

I manage a course booking site and use your plugin to include joining instructions, I also use Ewout Fernhout’s “WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips” to resend completed order emails if a customer doesn’t receive them or needs them sent to a different email. However when I use the resend order email, the custom email header is not sent with it, can you think of anything that may be causing this?

This plugin causes a conflict with ELEX Stamps.com USPS Shipping for WooCommerce. With that plugin enabled along with this one, it prevents ELEX Stamps.com USPS Shipping for WooCommerce from adding the tracking numbers to the Order Complete emails. Please advise.

it seems that using this second plugin I lose the ability to see the content created with yours.

the second plugin allow me to put a custom HTML code in the email.
is there a way to get from your plugin this custom HTML code, that allow me to put your content in the new email?

Hi, I’m looking to get this plugin, but before I do, I need to know if you are able to add the product variation to the order emails? For example, if a customer orders a chair on my website, currently the product variation is either red, gold, black, etc. But the order confirmation email I receive as the seller does not show the colour variation, it just shows the product name and ignores the variation.
Is it possible to show the product variation in the confirmation emails with this plugin? Thanks

I’ve set this up correctly for the one variable product I want the custom emails to trigger.

I do a test order and the first email (I have 3 set up for hold/processing/completed) and it’s just adding it to the email that normally gets sent…it’s like it’s combining the two instead of just sending the one I created. Is that normal? This happens for each one.

I will say that I did customize those “normal” Woo emails by moving the template to my theme. Maybe that has something to do with it?

Obviously, I don’t want any of the default Woo emails to be sent when this product is purchased, which I assume is the whole point of this plugin ?? Or maybe I’ve missed something?

I’m having trouble updating the custom email field, I input the name of the email and it is not working. Everytime I click update, it erases the text in the field.

I’m using WordPress 5.8.1, Woocommerce 5.6.0 and LearnPress 4.1.3

I created the email, but the buttons to find the email and connect to the product are not showing. I checked for errors and I am not seeing any.
