Hi,
Just found out when I search for a product on the frontend which has the setting notify customer. It shows the out of stock status in stead of the actual stock status.
What can we do to change this?
Regards,
Kathleen
Hi, I don’t know how to translate the status: “Disponibile in 15 giorni”?
I can’t find the string on Wpml Translation String. Can you help me?
I would also like to know if I need to uninstall the basic version of Woo Custom Stock Status?
Thanks bye!
Hey,
Been using your plugin for a while now and it’s great. However, we need to add a custom stock status, and would love to be able to use your plugin to work with it.
We’ve used the function talked about here to add our own custom stock status: https://rudrastyh.com/woocommerce/custom-stock-status.html
But is there a way we can get Woo Custom Stock Status to recognise our new custom stock status and allow us to output it on the page?
Alternatively, is there a way in your plugin to create additional custom stock statuses? I couldn’t see anything in the documentation about it.
Thanks
Tim
]]>We’ve held off updating anything newer than 1.6.0 (using woodmart theme) as it adds the “.woocommerce-variation-price” after selecting a varible product option.
Update 1.6.0 does not do this, but any update newer does. We have the options “Hide “to” price” and “Remove duplicate price for variable product” available in woodmart theme settings, but they don’t modify the behaviour.
We’ve downgraded to 1.6.0 for now – can you look into this?
]]>Jusy an FYI i just deactivated the updated stock status pplugin as it causes a fatal error. I run elementor pro which is the most likley culprit to be non compatible with.
]]>Hello,
I am using this plugin to display custom values for backordered products (i.e. No longer available, Usually Ships in 1-2 weeks, Usually ships in 3-4 weeks, etc).
Some of my products are variable. For these products, I have the stock management turned off at the parent, and turned on for each of the variants. To keep this simple, let’s say I have two variants for one product, standard and blemished.
The standard variant is not in stock, but I can always source it for shipping within 1-2 weeks. As such, I have the Allow backorders? field set to “Allow, but notify customer”, and set the Custom Stock Status field Available on backorder set to “Ships in about 1-2 weeks”.
The blemished variant is used only when products are in some way of lesser quality then standard, and sold for a lesser price. I only want to and only can sell this variant if I have such a product on hand, and as such the Allow backorders? field is set to “Do not allow” and the Custom Stock Status field Available on backorder is set to “No longer available”.
My issue arises when viewing the product archive page. Instead of pulling in the custom backorder stock status on the available variant (Ships in about 1-2 weeks), the archive page will actually pull from the Woocommerce default stock status (Available on backorder). You can also test this by changing the Default Stock Status wording in the plugin settings, and the archive page will now show this replacement.
The desired behavior is that the archive page would show the custom backorder stock status by pulling in the custom status with preference to the Allow backorders? value. So in the above example, the status would not pull from the parent (since the stock management is disabled), and check to see if a variant allows backorders. Since the standard variant does, the product should display the Custom Stock Status message for that variant instead of the Woo Default Stock Status message. This implementation would better match the existing logic for simple products too.
Please let me know if I am missing some vital information, or if you have questions.
Hello,
I’m using latest version of your plugin, Woocommerce and “BeRocket” WooCommerce AJAX Products Filter.
When using a filter on a page, stock status is displayed twice, once for stock status of variable child product and once for stock status of a parent product. This is little bit confusing since this can be weird in come cases where stock of variable product is displayed as “available on backorder” and parent is declared as “in stock”
Only variable product status should be displayed since this is relevant in this case.
Is there a way to fix this?

]]>Hello – I have been testing the free version of this plugin for the past few days in order to make a purchase decision, and I have noticed that it does not always appear to display the correct custom stock status both on the back end (admin) product list view and on the front end product detail page:
I would appreciate some feedback on these observations and what could be the cause. Thanks.

Hi,
The plugin works great! However, I’m having an issue with the low stock option: “Only %s left in stock.”
Where can I define the low stock threshold?
Best regards

Hey,
I can see that there’s an option to include the stock staus anywhere with a shortcode [woo_custom_stock_status], I tried to add it to my widget – shop page, where my customers can filter their products based on other conditions (color, price), but it doesnt seem to work, it renders one custom stock status title and I’m unable to filter the products with it, its a single string. Is there a feature or other shortcode that could be used for filtering products?
Thanks!

“Discontinued” and “Call for price”
So if I could use this plugin to create these or at least if it would grab existing stock status and allow me to change color and text for it – it would be awesome… Any ways to do this?
With the new update it shows the stock status after buying.
So if stock = 1, customer buys one it shows the out of stock text.
Can you please look at this problem?

Hi,
when someone orders something which has a stock of say 1 and orders 2 items then the status should say -1. However in de cart and the mail it still says the in stock message.
Is this possible?
