shopping around for woocommerce product vendor multivendor compatible shipping plugins and found this plugin. Looks promising, but the activity here and elsewhere makes me second guess. Thoughts?
]]>Hi
Is it possible to have a ‘Free Shipping’ option? Example, for orders over $100, a ‘Free Shipping’ option is enabled.
]]>Hi I just installed the plugin, got my test api key from EasyPost and set carriers to Fedex and UPS. I’m trying to test things out but when I enter a location for Calculate shipping on the checkout page, it tells me
“There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”
This happens on both the cart and checkout page. I’ve used my home address in Burbank CA as well and another location (Little Rock, AR). Is there something I can do?
]]>{“carrier”:”UPS”,”carrier_account_id”:”ca_495c2e8880794f9489ac6039ababe3dd”,”type”:”rate_error”,”message”:”Missing/Illegal ShipFrom/Address/StateProvinceCode”}
I have set up and account with ups and installed and activated easypost plugin. ups, fedex, and usps have been activated on my easypost.com account. all three have also been activated in my easypost plugin on my website. when I enter a shipping “to” address on checkout page of website, rates are generated for usps and fedex but not ups. I contacted esaypost twice and they say that the above error code keeps being generated.
might someone be able to help? thanks!
]]>Information for you – hope it’s helpful. I added a product with variations to my store and the plugin kept saying that there were no delivery options available, please check address. I resolved this by disabling all but variation 1 – and the shipping price appeared correctly. I then enabled variation 2nd that also worked – etc.
Thanks for a great plugin!
Thanks for the Basic Version – very nice.
My question is : For a product of specified dimensions and weight – 8″ x 6″ x 6″ and 1.25lb, the plugin only provides one delivery method that my dropship supplier uses – USPS priority mail. The supplier is in New York and offers:-
UPS
UPS Ground
UPS Three-Day Select
UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE
First-Class Package Service
Priority Mail
Of these, the plugin only offers priority mail – and I have selected the other options in the plugin. Can you help please?
Thank you very much.
I’m using a combination of the integrated woocommerce “local pickup” shipping option and this plugin to cover all my shipping needs. Is it possible to move the shipping options generated from this plugin ahead of the local pickup option? Ideally, I would like it to display the cheapest shipping options first, then at the end, display the local pickup option. Thank in advance!
]]>Hi,
I’m getting the following error generated by the plugin upon calculating shipping costs:
Easypost.com – Unable to Get Rates: Validation failed: Weight must be greater than 0
The parcel array looks like this:
[parcel] => Array
(
[length] => 3.5
[width] => 2.5
[height] => 0.015
[weight] => 0
)
The problem appears to be that somehow the weight is getting set to 0. There are 5 products in the cart that each weigh a very small 0.08 oz each. They have to be set to this miniscule weight because they are collectible cards and do not weigh much. Is there perhaps an issue then with how these small weights are being calculated within your code?
Please let me know and if there is a way to fix this issue. Thanks.

If yes, in what ways did you improve on their plugins ?

It seems as if the main difference between your FREE and PAID plugins is that …
In the PAID version it has Tracking functions, and Label creation .
Are those the MAIN, significant differences between FREE and PAID versions ?
]]>We are currently not actually charging our customers for shipping but we’d still like to be able to use EasyPost in order to get cubic pricing for shipping our products. How would we set it up to use EasyPost but not charge shipping or to simply include shipping in the cost of the product?

I am using woocommerce plugin as well.
]]>This item’s shipping weight is 120 lbs. When added to your cart, it shows that there are no rates available when UPS & Fedex both ship up to 150 lbs.
]]>I found out what the issue was which might would be a good update to do on the next version. I’ll try to explain the best I can.
A customer was wanting me to quote him shipping to Mexico for this item:
The items actual shipping weight is aprox 2 lbs. When I put that into my actual UPS account for a quote, it came out to about $44 for the cheapest shipping method.
In my website, it was quoting that very same rate about $31. I had to increase the product weight in the website from 2 lb to 15 lb
Partially the difference in price is that UPS and Fedex use in their calculations the billable weight. In this case, that 2 lb shipment, would be billed at an 8lb shipment. In the easypost shipping calculator, it calculated the cost at 2lbs since that is the actual shipping weight.
The other defect in the easypost calculator is that the rates are not consistent with actual real time rates with the carriers. Carriers have increased their pricing structure and I believe the easypost calculator is still set up using the carriers former rates.
]]>There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address
Hi
I have this problem . I am using easy post integration API when I do the debug it say that I need dimensions of the products which I don’t have . I just have weights.
How can I deactivate the dimension and just use weight ?
Or there any other solution ?
Also I have contacted EasyPost support and that what they said “Only weight is required for a Parcel object at EasyPost. If WooComerce is requiring you to add dimensions then you will need to reach out to their support to remove that restriction.”
Hi,
May I know if Easy Post extension for Woocommerce is available to be used in Hong Kong, please?
Can the shipping fee be calculated automatically ?
I have tried to set “0000”, or “999077” in Zip code, but it has failed to show the shipping calculation in front end.
However I have tried to input other zip code, like 71913, which is based in USA, it works.
Thus, I am curious that if it does not work in Hong Kong,
Can you please advice? thanks.
The plugin is overall good. Thanks.
Is this plugin going to support DHL?
