]]>Hello,
I would like to inform about an issue related to the “Flat Rate Shipping Plugin For WooCommerce.” In the code of this plugin, specifically at line 314 in the file /woo-extra-flat-rate/admin/partials/afrsm-init-shipping-methods.php, I have identified that the subtotal is being calculated with tax due to the following code:
$total_cart_value = WC()->cart->subtotal();
This change will ensure that the subtotal is calculated accurately without including tax, which will improve the shipping fee calculation process.
$total_cart_value = WC()->cart->get_subtotal();
Could you please confirm if this is a bug in the plugin, and if there will be an upcoming update to address this issue?
I look forward to your response.
Thank you!
]]>Hi there, I currently have free shipping for all orders over £25 on my site. I have one product that I’d like to exclude from counting towards the £25 threshold. I don’t want to give this product its own shipping charge, I just want it to be ignored for free shipping.
Is this possible with your plugin?
Many thanks,
Richard.

Does the plugin can deal with shipping classes, for example exclude shipping classes ?

Best regards,
]]>I had for a lot of time now the Flat Rate Shipping plugin from DotStore installed and setup in my website to use the “Advance shipping rules cost on total cart weight”.
Yet, recently it stopped working.
The shipping cost being presented to the end customer is always the price that matches the 1st rules in the “Cost on total cart weight” list section.
It’s almost like it is not considering the cart weight at all, regardless of the total weight of the cart.
Can you guys help me out troubleshooting this situation?
I have installed:
– version: 4.2.1 Free (woocommerce version 8.2.1)
Thanks!

Hello, this used to work for me in the past, but stopped working all of a sudden.
I am on WooCommerce 7.5.1, Advanced Flat Rate Shipping For WooCommerce 4.1.2.
Now, I am receiving the error “No shipping options were found” regardless of the location and cart total I have.
I have one shipping zone setup: https://snipboard.io/khB5cD.jpg
An example of the shipping method can be seen here: https://snipboard.io/iw6RaI.jpg.
I have even tried the Advanced Shipping Price Rules without success.
]]>Hello everyone,
Our shop currently only has dropshipping items that are created by a script and are always sent free of charge via the standard Woocommerce function. As far as I can see, the automatic products are always unassigned.
Now I would like to post my own items that are only offered as a flat rate and/or pickup.
It’s about 3 options
1 Script created always free
2 Self-created pickup
3 Self-created Shipping subject to a charge
Is that possible with the plugin?
Best regards Carsten

]]>Hi,
I’d like to allow free shipping to some products.
For that, I’ve created 2 rules : 1 for the country (only for this country) and another rule to allow the product name to receive free shipping.
Now, as soon as I add the product that requires free shipping, the system shows me all the available methods (which is not what I want, I want only ‘Free shipping’ method to show), when I add a second product to the product that does require free shipping, automatically the whole order becomes Free (‘free shipping’ only shows). It’s doing the opposite of what I’m searching for.
So, is it possible with the Free version and if Yes, could you show me some print screens of the configuration I need please ?
Thanks
Hello,
I have a problem that I can’t solve. I have several delivery methods.
By default, I put a shipping cost for all products. Then, I added shipping costs according to the product category.
Then I would like to make it so that the user can choose either to pick up the product directly in the store or to have it delivered.
My problem is when doing this, the default shipping charges as well as the one added by the category are available.
There should be only the shipping cost by category in priority, that the default one is not displayed and that the pick up point is available.
How can I do this? Thanks
I need it, because logically, the user will choose the cheapest shipping cost which is the default one for all products. This is what I do not want.

Changing it with a jQuery.on("load",

Is it posible to show a message saying something like ‘Delivery calculated after order has been processed’? Otherwise this is a great plugin and works really well, it’s just the nature of my business we can’t automatically calculate shipping on smaller orders due to too many variables.
