Hi. After updating to 2.0, there are only tiny thumbnails on the single product page for products we don’t have videos as featured images for (most of them).

I’m running the 1.0 version of your plugin on our live site, https://tatlife.com/product/healing-aces-emotional-neglect/ and don’t have the same sort of problems.

On our staging site, https://stage.tatlife.com/product/healing-aces-emotional-neglect/, I only have Woo Featured Images and WooCommerce enabled. I went ahead and switched the theme to Storefront so you know it’s not an issue with our theme.

Plugin is not responsive for Mobile phones and tablets, Is there anything we can do about it ?

I ren in a problem with the woocommerce featered video plugin.
I have used this plugin to add product video’s to my product gallery.
For the products who has a video it works perfectly.
But i have multiple products who don’t have a product video.
In that case my product gallery shows an empty/ blanc gallery item. https://atelierdebeer.webgradeklanten.nl/product/tsavorite/

Is there a way to remove the empty list element when there is no video added to the product?

Is your plugin compatible with any miltivendor plugins so that vendors can upload product vedios.

If I uploaded previous version, galleries are restored.

Is there a way to add auto play and loop?

So we added videos to some products, I know it replaced the featured images, so we put what was in the featured image into the addtional images.

It doesn’t show up, I tried removing the featured images and that removed all images.

This plugin is perfect except for the issue of adding a thumbnail to the product.

Is this feature something I could hire you to do?

Really excited about this plugin! I added a YouTube video and it worked no problem. Then I changed the same product to a Vimeo video and it won’t show?

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

This plugin is exactly what I need! I have tried with various video formats but it doesn’t show anything? In one case the video source html string was displayed.

I am using Bridge Theme from Qode Canyon and Woocommerce.

Any ideas?

After adding the vimeo video URL, the WooCommerce product became OUT OF STOCK!

The video player works great but let’s say the customer then clicks a product thumbnail to view it’s images. How does the customer then get back to the playing the video if he/she wants to? (without refreshing page)?

Is there a way of adding a small thumbnail next to the product image thumbnails that allows the video to come back into view on the product page?

because I wanted to display selfhosted videos i had to change the line 241 of class-woofv.php from
$html .= $wp_embed->run_shortcode( '[embed]' . $video_url . '[/embed]' );
to
$html .= do_shortcode( '[video src="' . $video_url . '"]');

You can therefore also remove the global $wp_embed statement on line 238.

I appreciate the effort gone into making this plugin and I’d be happy to donate once it’s fully functional. The featured video does play on a woocommerce product page however, when I add it to the cart, I get the ‘missing image’ thumbnail, and the same occurs on the shop home page.

I installed the plugin on my site and it works great! Thank you for your awesome work!

The reason I’m writing is because I have an issue with the plugin and the flexslider feature from WooCommerce. As you can see here: https://thepostmansknock.com/catalog/kaitlin-style-calligraphy-video-course/, once the user clicks on one of the photos, they cannot access the video course anymore because the video course is not displayed in the thumbnails. I think line 240 in /includes/class-woofv.php should be changed to the following:

 $thumbnail_src = wp_get_attachment_image_src( $post_thumbnail_id );
      $html  = '<div data-thumb="' . esc_url( $thumbnail_src[0] ) . '" class="woocommerce-product-gallery__image woofv_video"><a href="' . esc_url( $thumbnail_src[0] ) . '">';

That way, the thumbnail list displays an image and the user can go back to the video.
