Hi!
I was testing my website with pagespeed.web.dev and it indicates what there are no alt elements for product pictures. Though there are no problems with catalog pages. Only product pages are affected.
Hello,
Firstly, thanks so much.
We use a plugin to rename File name, Title, Alt, but it does not update data that already written in HTML.
This plugin is really great and developed with genuine, it seems dynamically update with setting and ignore Title and ALt data set before.
By using Rename plugin and this plugin, we can rename the image file name, and set Title and Alt automatically by align with product title.
So, that would be great.
By now, Two questions please:
1# In the Rank Math, there is also features that support image SEO:
Unfortunately, the settings rules seem only work if there is no value or data set in the images.
However, I would like to ask you for a check if there is any potential issue between Rank math and Woo Image SEO.
If Yes, what should we do please?
2# The Rules or setting pattern of Woo Image SEO seems only work for product featured image and image gallery.
For the images in product descriptions, rules seems not work.
You know will always upload images in the desciptions, and please check the screenshot to understand what I mean.

Can you please make it support setting to be valid on the images in product descriptions?
Thanks
]]>Plugin adds a hyperlink as the alt and title tags, rather than the product name.
This only happens on the shop page where all of the products are displayed, not the actual product page, where it does work as expected.
I’ve tried various combinations of the two settings (alt and title) in the plugin. The options I choose either show nothing, or shows the hyperlink as the alt and title tags, on the shop page.
]]>What if I want to add random custom text?
I want to add the post id too. Thank you for creating a great plugin
]]>I am using this pluigin on another site with elementor product pages and it is working as expected. On this site where the product image is not from elementor but from Blocksy theme, it is not working. It is adding the Alt attribue but not the Title attribute on the gallery images. Working fine on other images.
]]>If the product name having length words, it’s simply omit and add only first 3 words alone. rest of shows like …, Example Product Name: Shan Dopiaza/Stew Curry Masala Spice Mix, But when i check with inspect element it shows Shan Dopiaza/Stew Curry…
]]>Hi Support,
Can I please ask your help with this question.
I have 2 product images for a product.
When I select “Add image number to alt attributes”, the alt tags on the product page are “product name 3” and “product name 4”.
I thought it was supposed to be “product name” and “product name 2”?
Am I doing something incorrect?
Let me know. Thank you!
I have updated PHP from 7.4 to PHP 8.1.2 and the plugin generates this warning in the log.
Undefined array key “custom” in wp-content/plugins/woo-image-seo/lib/functions/public.php on line 91
Thanks

Hi there!
In tips section you’re mentioning: “You can disable automatic attributes on individual images by adding the following class:?woo-image-seo-skip
“
How can we do this? Can you recommend a way to proceed? Our case is the following: we’re having one certain photo that is added to all product galleries. We would like to disable the auto-alt by adding the class. How can this be done?
Also, do you plan on addressing the issue that the plugin does not generate alt texts for gallery thumbnails (Woocommerce) and for variable products variation image (also Woo).
Otherwise great plugin with simple yet useful features. Keep up the good work!
]]>Hello,
Hoping you will have a concrete timeline on expected update to HPOS support?
Best regards,
Is this plugin still supported ? the last update was year ago, with no updates, feature or improvments
]]>I recently switched Themes from Astra to Kadence. On inspecting the front end I have noticed that the Kadence theme is overriding the settings of this plugin so that image title and alt tags reflect the image file title.
Curious to see if there is a solution to this?
]]>Hi, recently WooCommerce introduced long awaited change to orders data structure, they call it “High-Performance order storage”. The feature is opt-in now but will become switched on by default in some time. They advice plugin authors to declare compatibility or incompatibility, please see https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/High-Performance-Order-Storage-Upgrade-Recipe-Book#declaring-extension-incompatibility. Can you please study the information provided by WooCommerce devs and add suggested code to your plugin.
Thank you for developing “Woo Image SEO”.
There is a major issue with this plugin and it adds alt text to all other images on the page, not just the product image.
For example brand logos, or images in a mega menu.
]]>Hi there,
I love this plugins!
I have only one issure: the plugins does change the “alt” attribute of an image, but the “title” remains unchanged.
Can you help me to fix this?
]]>Woocommerce – for variant product: The plugin doesn’t work with image in “Product image”. It only works with images in the “Product Gallery”. So when I go to the product page, the first image is the one in “Product image” and it doesn’t have “alt”.
]]>I love the possibilities of the plugin.
I already activated it on my page and saved the settings.
How can I know if it is working?
Thank you
]]>Hello,
Your plugin seems very promising.
Yet there hasn’t been any pdates in the last 8 months, and the latest WP versions are not officially supported.
Can you tell me if you’re still maintaining your plugin?
Thanks a lot!
]]>Hey! I have just set the rules for Alt & Title attributes, but nothing happened after saving. All images still have blank ALT attribute.
Any ideas?
]]>Hi,
please check public.php file, as $woo_image_seo_product_info can return null and the condition doesn’t check if it’s an array or not.
Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in /wp-content/plugins/woo-image-seo/lib/functions/public.php on line 18
Thank you!
]]>I’ve updated to version 1.2.4 and still have the error in my logging as discussed here; https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/notice-trying-to-access-array-offset-on-value-of-type-null-in-lib-functions-php/.
It seems to be an issue in /wp-content/plugins/woo-image-seo/lib/functions/public.php.
Can you help me?

As you may see from the code, there is no alt element.

Привет у меня в логах на error 404 постоянно появляется это:
/wp-content/plugins/woo-image-seo/i18n/assets/js/ru_RU.js
от Empty User Agent
Что это?
Как это убрать?
After I install this version , my rank math plugin broken.
I can’t add keywords under the products.
When I de-activate this plugin it works.
Hi,
Does it affect to images in the content of the product?
]]>Hello,
Thanks for great plugin.
It would be great if there is offline version of the plugin.
I mean;
1. Edit all current images and update database
2. Add alt text and title when we upload the product according to rule.
3. No need to dynamically work in front end.
Will this plugin change the title and alt text for existing images or just images added after the plugin changes? Since I already had many images on my site I was hoping to apply the changes to everything in the media library. My older images don’t show the title or alt text although I have entered those in the plugin settings, also I just updated the settings to add custom text to the end of the alt text and that doesn’t show on any images. Is there a way to apply this to all existing images? I’m not using any page builders on the site, just Astra with Gutenberg and WooCommerce. Thanks.
]]>Thank you, Danail for the nice plugin! Unfortunately, even though I did not turn on the option “Force alt attributes”, the product title was forced over the existing alt tags of old images. Could you troubleshoot this bug? All plugins and WP itself are up to date.
In addition – is there a way to really put the puduct title in the fileds of alt tag and image title in the uploaded image inside?
