Hi, we’re working with a client that needs to take MOTO payments via Stripe and finding your plugin has been a life-saver, thank you so much. We’ve put through a couple of test transactions and noticed that some of the data you’re collecting as meta data against the transaction could in fact be stored in other fields relating to the transaction. If you look at the screenshot provided (https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/51541950?key=a6a677842ebf4a09774f435272df28b0) you’ll notice the following:
Both of those are being passed through by your plugin as meta data, is there any way they can also be dropped into the correct columns in the transaction list so you don’t have to click into each transaction to view these details?
]]>I have an existing account for Stripe which works for normal customer payments, but the installation instructions for this plugin don’t work for me.
If I Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments (Formerly Checkout) > Stripe, no API keys are visible to me. The instructions for creating new API keys are also confusing and don’t match what I see on the Stipe dashboard.
]]>Can this be extended to include sending the billing address to Stripe so that Stripe’s Radar can run it’s checks? (Happy to pay you if you have time to add this) Thank you
]]>Hi there!
We currently use the “Offline Credit Card Payments” plugin for our WooCommerce website, but it has been abandoned by the developers. We need to switch to a new solution.
Does your application allow customers to enter their credit card numbers at checkout so our administrator can manually process them in our POS system? We need to capture the credit card information at the time of order placement without charging it, as our shipping rates are manually calculated and added after the order is placed.
Thank you!
]]>Is it possible to charge an order or Subscription to the linked customer default saved stripe payment method?
I know I can use Switch User and do it myself, but I think an interface from the Order Edit screen would be handy.
Although it would need confirmations and clear messaging about what it’s about to do as well.
]]>Hello,
We recently started getting the following fatal error originating from this plugin:

It must be a recent WooCommerce or WordPress version that’s causing this as the plugin had been working great for years. I temporarily fixed it by adding a class_exists( ‘WC_Settings_Page’ ) conditional around the add_filter on line 52 in the woo-mp/includes/woo-mp.php file. This, of course, seems to disable the settings page but the fatal error goes away and everything else seems to work.
Thank you!

]]>Hello,
Would it be possible to modify the plugin to (select or) simply utilize the gateway already selected under WooCommerce Settings >> Payment Methods?
For example, if I’m already connected to my payment processor’s virtual terminal that way.
Not sure if that’s a feature request… Or some code I could edit on my end…
Either way, great plugin, and thanks!
]]>Could you add support for these two items so MyWorks can sync my orders to Quickbooks?
Have you worked with MyWorks to make sure your plugin is compatible with their syncing software to Quickbooks. Currently when I do a manual order and then Myworks goes to sync the data, it is not syncing over like the orders placed on WooCommerce. For example the stripe fees are not being deducted in Quickbooks because your plugin isn’t reading into Myworks. I am going to ask them about contacting you to work on an integration. You have a simple plugin that fills a HUGE hole and would be even great if it could sync with MyWorks.software
]]>I am having trouble getting Stripe to turn on the MOTO for us.
In the product description I see this “MOTO exemption for SCA with Stripe”.
What does that mean? The are requesting PCI documentation. Does “MOTO exemption for SCA with Stripe” mean I don’t need PCI documentation?
Thanks,
Great plugin by the way!
]]>I like this plugin. very simple and gets the job done. I am missing something in the setup I guess because it is not sending my refunds to my stripe account. I also noticed that it is not passing the order through on the transaction.
The 2 transactions in the middle came from this plugin. The other 2 came from ordering through the woocommerce cart. I tried refunding them in WordPress through the woocommerce order but they did not pass through to stripe refunded. I manually refunded them on the stripe dashboard.
I noticed 2 refund buttons when refund the shopping cart orders. I did not see the refund via Stripe on the manual orders.
I am getting this error on the webhook
Is there a configuration I am missing?

-> Happy to pay for Pro if we can get this
___
My client has a retail shop, which also takes booking deposits.
When a client comes into the shop, they have already paid part of the order online as a deposit for the booking … we then add extra items to the order when they are in-store.
Then, they may have some cash, and also wish to pay some on one credit card, and the rest via Afterpay or something like that.
Wonder if in woo-mp we can offer an extra option like “CASH” or “IN-STORE” to just have the partial-payment entry processed against the order, without the need to have an API connected payment method?
Thanks in advance, Max
]]>You helped me on Version 2.4.0 with a code snippet that saved the Stripe receipt URL to the order meta data. It has worked flawlessly until the 2.7.0 release. I’m currently running Woocommerce 7.5.1 and WP 6.2.
Here’s the snippet from the original support task:
add_filter( 'http_response', function ( $response, $r, $url ) {
if (
doing_action( 'wp_ajax_woo_mp_process_transaction' ) &&
isset( $_REQUEST['order_id'] ) &&
$url === 'https://api.stripe.com/v1/payment_intents'
) {
$decoded_body = json_decode( wp_remote_retrieve_body( $response ) );
if ( isset( $decoded_body->charges->data[0] ) ) {
$order = wc_get_order( $_REQUEST['order_id'] );
if ( $order ) {
$charge = $decoded_body->charges->data[0];
$order->add_meta_data( 'manual_payment_stripe_receipt_url', json_encode( [
'charge_id' => $charge->id,
'receipt_url' => $charge->receipt_url,
] ) );
$order->save();
}
}
}
return $response;
}, 10, 3 );
Here’s the original support topic: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/add-stripe-receipt_url-to-order_meta/#post-11954097
It looks like the hooks and functions still exist. Did the stripe API update in woo-mp-2.7.0 cause this snippet to stop working or is it something else?
]]>Hi
Firstly, you plugin rocks, I have tried to search the whole web that would be able to support MoTo for stripe, and yours did it. well done.
Now, is there a way we can add order number to the stripe description, currently the out-of-box stripe plugins is able to send the order number for each payment as description, is there a way we can do that with your plugin.

]]>Hi,
I was wondering if the Authorize.net option supports doing a MOTO payment with exemption for SCA?

]]>Great plugin, I can’t believe it’s still free!
I would like to request the option to enable auto refunds for Stripe.
I understand that manual refunds are an option but the auto refunds make the process much more streamlined.
Keep up the good work.
]]>Can I make a feature request for additional filters?
1. On the template method within the Payment_Meta_Box_Controller class, in order to allow third party templates to be used.
2. On line 15 of the main woo-mp.php file, allow the use of this plugin on other pages other than is_admin().
Also, looking forward to the PRO version!
]]>Hello, awesome plugin! When do you think the PRO version will be ready?
]]>Greetings…
With this plugin… After we are out of Sandbox mode and in production with Authorize.net… Once we capture the customers credit card information from the order can we use that credit card info to charge the customer manually in steps, using their credit card in an encrypted way so that we can use the card without seeing all of the card’s details? So perhaps we only see the last four digits of the card, but we really do not need to see the month year cvv.
I have not tested this plugin in that production so I personally do not know the answer. Please get back when you can.
Thanks
Rob

]]>I have been using the manual payment plugin to process strip payments without issues. While the payment is seen in the “Order notes” on the right side of the display as well as in the Manual Payment section on the bottom, it does not substract away from the total amount left to be paid. Is there a way for the manual payments to be reflected in the total amount paid so that one can more easily determine what is left to be paid? Thanks.
