The description is not displaying, as well as the Paypal button.
It’s a dev site so I can’t link to it.
]]>Hi,
I have purchased the PRO version – not sure whether to post my problem here or elsewhere….
I have upgraded to v0.2-1.1. I now have big problems with the credit-card form. I see two sets of fields when I select Credit Card as my payment option:
Card Number
Expiry Date
then a PayPal button
and then
Card Number
Expiration Date
CVV
Postal Code
(Let me know how I can send a screenshot to make this clearer.)
Neither set of fields works.
Please advise….
Thanks!
Hello,
I’m on sandbox mode and when I’m trying to checkout via Paypal I get the following message:
“Sorry we cannot connect to PayPal. Please try again in a few minutes.”
Is this due to the sandbox function or is there another problem that I should look at?
Thanks in advance.
]]>I have yet to upgrade to woocommerce 2.6. Been having issue with another plug-in but that is a different story.
Currently noticing a lot of mobile payments in particular using ipad. Getting this error:
Braintree payment failed with message: “Your request contains invalid data. This should never happen. An e-mail was sent to our stuff to investigate the issue. We are sorry for this inconvenient :-(“
not to nit pick but it’s stAff not stUff. We get a payment_method_nonce
error through braintree logs. I have deactivated our cache plug-in per instructions. No luck. Do you have any ideas on how to fix this issue? It’s becoming more prevalent.
I’m getting the following error on loading any page on the WHOLE WEBSITE! It’s TheAbundanceMentality.com. It was under maintenance mode but even in maintenance, it’s just showing this error. Please help with this incompatibility. The whole website is down.
Fatal error: Access level to WooMynixBraintree\Woo_Mynix_Braintree_Gateway::get_method_description() must be public (as in class WC_Payment_Gateway) in /home/abundance/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woo-mynix-braintree/include/woo-mynix-braintree.php on line 48
]]>Hello!
I currently have a site in production that uses the Braintree plugin. A test can be viewed here:
https://www.brandem.co.uk/?bypass_=1
I believe the plugin is installed ok, all my keys and tokens are installed and tests return correctly. The plugin appears on the checkout page as expected, but after about 5 seconds, the plugin reloads then shows the message:
Your browser does not support this payment method.
I have an SSL certificate installed, and the ‘force’ option is selected.
I’m not sure what is causing the error – please could you advise what I can try to fix the problem?
Hope you can help
Many thanks.
]]>Getting this error with the plugin (premium version) and i dont know why. Please help!
On frontend:
Your request contains invalid data. This should never happen. An e-mail was sent to our stuff to investigate the issue. We are sorry for this inconvenient ??
Email sent on backend:
he following request received without payment_method_nonce
field. This should never hapen!
Try to clear your browser’s cache and see if that helps.

Got this error message on my website right after updated the braintree plugin:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/content/69/2926669/html/word/wp-content/plugins/woo-mynix-braintree/assets/vendor/Braintree.php on line 17
Same message appears in different places, customers cant place orders and woocommerce settings are not accessible either.
Please help
Thanks
]]>Hi,
I configured a Terms & Conditions page on my website. The customer must check the “I’ve read and accepted the Terms & Conditions” checkbox before placing an order.
However, this prevents the Woo Braintree Payment plugin from working. The customer types in credit card details into the Braintree section of the Checkout page, but when he then checks the T&C checkbox all credit card details disappear and that part of the page is effectively reset.
I have removed the T&C checkbox so that Braintree payments can go ahead, but this is a temporary measure as I do really need that checkbox to be present.
Thanks,
Juliet
]]>Hi,
I’m thinking of purchasing the PRO version of Woo Braintree Payment. Before I do, I’d like to check something….
My client wants to use Braintree for credit card payments, but wants to use a hosted payment page solution – in other words, the transaction takes place on Braintree’s server and no sensitive data is held on our server. We need the Drop-in UI for that – is that correct?
And is it also true that we will NOT require SSL certificates if we use the Drop-in UI?
Thanks,
Juliet
]]>Hi,
I am testing your plugin with WP 4.4.1 / Woocommerce 2.5.1 and basically everything works except for some minor issues; when I try to modify a Product from the admin page I cannot expand/collapse any widget on right like “Category Product” or “Tag Product”, not even selected Tags are shown any more although they are applied.
Can you please verify?
Thanks for your usable free plugin about Braintree
Hi,
We use your free edition of plugin together with the ?PayPal Currency Converter BASIC for WooCommerce” plugin which is set up to convert our currency (Lei – RON) to EUR in order to accept PayPal payments.
However, it seems that even if the abovementioned plugin is working correctly alone with the WooCommerce’s PayPal gateway, your plugin is giving a 1:1 rate for Lei to Euro which is obviously wrong.
What is interesting tough is that in the list of supported currencies from Braintree at https://developers.braintreepayments.com/reference/general/currencies the Romanian Leu (RON) is supported.
How can we fix this issue?
]]>Hi Eugen,
just realized that if customer pay with credti card via your plugin.
It does change status of order to completed, BUT
woocommerce does not send me email about new order,
woocommerce does not create invoice.
Although if customer pay via paypal all works fine, im receiving email and customer receives an invoice.
Any ide where is the problem?
