Hi, it appears there might be jQuery conflicts on the checkout page. When attempting to switch the payment method, it remains stuck on ‘bKash Payment.’ Similarly, trying to switch the state/district (billing or shipping address) also results in a stuck state. This issue occurs for both logged-in and guest checkout users. Changing browser, clearing the cart, removing products, and clearing the cache didn’t work. The problem is resolved only when the ‘bKash Payment’ plugin is disabled.

Hi, I’m testing it in my localhost and the bkash popup is showing.
I’m filling the below information:

bKash Wallet : 01770618575
bKash OTP : 123456
bKash PIN : 12121

But after that few moments later I see below error in browser console and in browser it says “Payment failed” in a popup.

I am testing it without keys.

bKash tall me every time this plugin make Query Payment API request. but they ask me to stop it and only make query payment API like below:

Query Payment API implemented properly –
If there is no response from Execute Payment API, after 30sec API timeout, calling Query Payment API to know the status of the pending payment.
– If the status is “Initiated”, trying from Create Payment again.
– If the status is “Completed”, then providing success response to the customer.

Bkash throws error when a user creates transaction of same amount under two mins. The plugins just closes the transaction iframe and shows no error feedback.

Could you please show an appropriate error message?

Once you have bkash sandbox credentials they requires series of logs (from getting oauth token to creating payments):

Thanks for the wonderful plugin. i need some help with it. as bKash required to show the error messages, if any thing happen with the transaction. im trying to do same amount transaction within 2 minutes but its showing no error instead of its showing the order has been received with Not Paid Payment status.

With bKash popup, we are getting following error:
