My website is https://www.amerfoot.gr. I am using Storefront Theme and recently updated to latest version of WooCommerce 3.0.4. Prior to updating WooCommerce version your Plugin seemed to be working fine, however, we didn’t have a chance to do a test transaction. Now after the WooCommerce update, your Plugin is causing a problem and is throwing a message on the top of the website about a an incorrect payment_method call. When I deactivate your plugin the message goes away. I have left it on so you can see it. I also posted the message below. According to WooCommerce support, it is a compatibility issue with their latest version that they released and that you will have to update your plugin or find a quick fix to the problem. I will wait for your response.

Hi,

When we have the “Test mode” enabled, requesting the url https://www.domain.gr/wc-api/WC_em_Vivapayments_Gateway returns “-1”. However, when “test mode” is disabled, /wc-api/WC_em_Vivapayments_Gateway redirects to the homepage with /?msg at the end (i.e. https://www.domain.gr/?msg )

Is this the normal behaviour?

We have, latest WP, WooCommerce, and sef permalinks enabled.

I just installed and activated the plugin but it does not work. It is activated with the correct API key, Merchant ID etc but according to the guy designed the theme it must be incompatibility with the woocommerce. I do not know if thats the issue..Please can someone help?

I have follow the instruction but after the payment i get a page with “-1” as text. What am i doing wrong?

I got the e-shop from another developer and i saw that inside the viva wallet he had another url in the redirection. He had something like domain/order-recieved/ but then i got 404 page error.

Can anyone help me?

I have 2 questions concerning the transactions:

1. At support.vivawallet.com says that there are options for payments at a specific place and by paying at home except from paying with credit cards but I cannot see those options neither at the plugin setting or the panel of viva. Could you please give me some help with that?

2. Is there a way for the user to choose for a recurring transaction in the site (before getting redirected to the vivapayments page) so that I can store to a local db his choice? Or else, is the api returning if he/she clicked the checkbox so that I can see that value?

I am having an issue with the plugin. While i have an order with viva payment, i get the note that the payment was successful and the order status goes from Processing to Pending Payment. The problem is that after 2 hours i got a note that the order is unpaid and was canceled – deadline timeout.
