I have installed your plugin on a new website I am building and have QR scanned the web app on two different devices and each time I go to the page the “Create New Order” page flashes up for a split second then the page goes to a blank white screen??
]]>Hi! Love this idea, I think it’ll help me keep all my sales and inventory really streamlined!
As you can see on my page, the plugin doesn’t seem to be playing well with my theme. The styling is off, and I’m wondering if that is creating functionality issues. I can see the first page and select “create new order” but after that I can’t select an item or progress further. I never get to the page that says “send to paypal here.”
Any suggestions? I was hesitant to try to get under the hood myself without messing with my site’s customization, and also in case there was an easy fix on the plugin’s end.
Thanks!
]]>1) When I try to add an item to the cart, the modal box shows up, but I can only see the quantity selector. The Add Item button is hidden because the modal box is cut off. For some reason, the css class gets stuck on “fade in” and never changes to “fade show”. Switching to twenty seventeen theme fixes it, but I have no idea how to fix that.
2) When clicking the Add Item button, nothing happens and console shows:
woo-paypal-here-public.js:45 Uncaught TypeError: $(…).block is not a function
at HTMLButtonElement.<anonymous> (woo-paypal-here-public.js:45)
at HTMLButtonElement.dispatch (jquery.js:3)
at HTMLButtonElement.r.handle (jquery.js:3)
We are using your PayPal Payments Pro 2.0 (PayFlow) plugin, but it doesn’t seem like the new Pay Pal Here plugin works with a Payflow Pro account (?)
Please advise.
Thanks!
]]>Hi,
I have just installed your plugin on our website. When pressing the “Create new order” button we get the following error with no products displayed:
Error: Sorry, you cannot list resources. [woocommerce_rest_cannot_view]
Prior to setting this up on our public website, I’ve gone through the whole process on a local development webserver and everything was working fine. Recreating the steps on our public site hasn’t worked.
The only difference between our dev and public site is that the public site runs HTTPS with an SSL certificate – our local dev site just runs HTTP.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
]]>I think you are on to something and I really hope this continues to develop. It would be awesome if this plugin worked to create an order from our website and then pay with paypal here so that we could use our card reader. I have tested on several devices and continue to have trouble.
Here is what i have tested so far
On the iphone 8 – go to the dashboard, load a pending order, check product information, send to Paypal Here – the orders goes to Paypal Here and is ready to process – CHECK! However, the order can NOT be edited before sending to Paypal Here (shipping, taxes etc)
Still on iphone 8 – go to the dashboard, create a new order, view all the items, click on the items and nothing happens – NO NEW ORDER is created nor does product detail come up to show options – NOT WORKING
On ipad – go to dashboard to create a new order – same as phone can’t add an item so can’t create a sale – NOT WORKING
on ipad – We have the Woo POS plugin from Actuality. I loaded a test order, selected paypal here and it loaded the order into the paypal here app – CHECK! Now to test the payment completion.
(but only when the app was closed before hitting the load button – if the app was already open it switched to the app screen but did not bring in the order.)
on my laptop from safari – I created an order, successfully added a product, CAN NOT edit the shipping and tax information for an out of town show with customer pick up. So even if i could then transfer the order to Paypal Here – which i can’t because it is only for an app on a mobile device – the order would be wrong. I need to be able to edit the order before sending it to Paypal Here. I did see that I can create the order from the website on my laptop then load the mobile page on my phone, transfer the order to paypal here then edit the order and process the payment. sort of works but not ideal
Also – on the order creation page there is a page not found error in the title bar
At this point it looks like the only way to use this is with an ipad and the POS plugin. It would be great to be able to use it from any mobile device including a phone.
Thank you – I look forward to watching this develop
]]>Hello, I installed and activated this plugin. Once I’ve gotten the API, is there anywhere I add it to or am I good? Also, it would be nice if any transaction made in paypal here also gets recorded in woocommerce so I can see the transaction under woocommerce orders.
Thank you. Not much info about setting this up and how to make sure it’s working and what this plugin can do. Hopefully everything is setup right.
not sure if i’m doing something wrong in the setup page or what, but i get this message when scanning the Qcode or manually pasting the end point URL (https://riversidecityfc.com/paypal-here):
“Not Found
The requested URL /paypal-here was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”
do i need to setup an endpoint page in wordpress?
i already have a paypal here account and woocommerce store/plugin has been in use for some time. any help is appreciated.
]]>Any chance this could be integrated into woocommerce pos (https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-point-of-sale-pos) – vend has a pretty sweet way of integrating their pos system with paypal here and it would be great if this plugin could be incorporated into the woocommerce pos plugin as a gateway – even better would be if this plugin pushed orders to the app invisibly like the vend app does.
]]>I’m receiving a cUrl error when trying to view pending orders –
cURL Error: error setting certificate verify locations: CAfile: C:\Plesk\Additional\PHPSettings\cacert.pem CApath: none
Any ideas as to how to fix? This is on a live site which has no current issues with processing via paypal.(currently using paypal pro).
