After the WooCommerce security update to 8.9.3, the two payment methods Google Pay and Apple Pay are no longer displayed correctly. The name and icon are missing. Text is stored in the backend. Reactivating the payment method has not made any difference.

This is currently the case with all my WooCommerce installations with Payrexx, where I have updated to the latest WooCommerce version.

Hi, the plugin made my website crash

Hello on this new site, impossible to activate payrexx (I’ve already done it without any problem on other sites).
Everything is activated (API, module in woocommerce, etc…).
But the payment page indicates that there is no payment method available.

The others work, for example if I activate “payment by transfer”…

Any ideas?

I’m currently evaluating if it’s worth migrating from wallee to payrexx. I haven’t been that pleased with the wallee plugin and thus am looking for an alternative. From my first tests, payrexx seems to be a potential alternative, however one can’t refund orders through woocommerce, although the API endpoint for refunds exists. Since managing stock inventory is easier when refunding through woocommerce, I was wondering if there are any plans to integrate refunds into the payrexx plugin? This would make our decision a lot easier.

Currently your plugin is not compatible with this feature. Do you plan to add this compatibility in time until august?

Version 1.9.10 is the latest version which works for us.

Steps to reproduce:
Add some stuff to the cart.
Go to checkout.
Fill address information.
Select Payrexx as payment option.
Accept terms and conditions.
Open Chrome dev tools, select network tab.
Click order now button.
See the latest response entry in dev tools..

I’ve noticed that when an order get paid through Payrexx the payment method set on the order is not “payrexx” but the method used by the client on Payrexx (Visa, MasterCard…).

This leads to a lot of problems with external plugins that rely on payment methods declared in WooCommerce. For exemple if I sync the order with an external accounting app like Bexio, the new payment method created by Payrexx are not recognised.

In the end, it is wrong for Payrexx to create Payment method on the fly (even though I understand that you want to give the most accurate data). Every order paied with Payrexx should set the “payrexx” payment method to the order and nothing else.

Could you fix this in your next release?

After Customer Order and Payt, i dont recieve an order email, and the order is not updating to payd. but payment going trough fine.

since the last update (maybe wordpress 6.2 or plugin update – I dont know), the status of an order is NOT updated to “payed”.

It remains in “waiting” although payment went through fine.

Thank you for the great plugin, works very well on my site.
I have the following question:
It is possible to automatically include the 8-digit Payrexx transaction ID to the order meta data in Woocommerce if the Payrexx transaction was successful? (see screenshot below)
Without this information we cannot automatically match orders with the corresponding transactions in Payrexx. Consequently we have to match everything by hand, which is a very annoying task.
Other payment providers (e.g. Paypal, Stripe) include the transaction ID automatically in the order meta data of a Woocommerce order in case the payment was successful.

handleError() function (in woo-payrexx-gateway.php) uses wc_print_notice() call which places WC notice outside the rendered page, which isn’t nice. Pls replace it by wc_add_notice() or add some hook to control it via theme?

Customer Email Processing Email is sent as soon as you have selected a credit card in the checkout and clicked on “Buy Now”. Here’s a mistake, it shouldn’t be like that. This should only happen once you’ve entered your payment details and finished your order. We ask for a timely review, as some customers are complaining.

Since recently, every time after a customer has placed an order, Woocommerce cancels the order. The payment was processed correctly and the payment provider Payrexx assured us that it has nothing to do with the payment. The cancellation is automatically triggered by Woocommerce. Reason unknown.

Only we as seller receive the cancellation email, the customer does not.
What could be the reason of the automatic cancellation? And how can this problem be fixed?

Payrexx is integrated with the site and I used WooCommerce Order Status Control plugin but still order status shows canceled in the WordPress dashboard every time have to check the Payrexx dashboard and then manually update the status.

I installed WMPL and made my page multilingual. Since then, I get the following emails after a payment was made (also the payment seems to be successfully).

Just wanted to ask if there is (or there is planned to have) integration into woocommerce subscriptions. That way customers could pay their subscriptions and thus, recurring fees, with payrexx automatically. Works with the stripe plugin, but would be a major benefit if it works with payrexx too.

Am using WooCommerce Payrexx Gateway plugin for the Credit card transactions.
WPML is used for the translation of the strings.
But not able to find the keys “Test credit card numbers:” and
“Test Amount – Enter a test amount to trigger a specific error response, or leave blank to use the order total.” for translation in String Translation using WPML.

Kindly suggest the solution for the same.
