Hi! Can i create such rule, where customer will have discount for every 5 his order? Or may be you can do it for me for the money?

This plugin is very good BUT if it is activated, you CAN’T add new user by wp back-office; You will get error: “Security check failed!”.
You can change plugin by few code or simply desactivate it, add users, and re-activate the plugin.
If you give possibility to people to become users by usual extrnal page, no problem
