Is there any other way to remove the Cancel Order button?

The button appears on the next page, when customers choose the online banking method on this page:

Can you @ a setting to select a period when the cancel link is visible?

Example, your subscriptions period is ‘never ends’ but you want to give your customers to cancel after a period of 12 months (law).
