The plugin “Woocommerce Product Excel Importer/exporter Pro” keeps on hanging when I try to upload my excel files, I have tried and tried uploading the files following your directions/templates.
I have even tried to upload one of your samples and we got the same negative result.
Please help.

I have this problem on PRO add-on:
– If I have sale price set on a product (both regular&sale price set) and I try to remove sale price for a product (to get default woocommerce behavior : regular price set and sale price empty), I can’t get it to work (to obtain a empty sale price box in Back Office).
I try this setup in excel file:
– regular price set – sale price empty and I get on woocommerce frontend sale price = regular price and regular price strikethrough;
– regular price set – sale price 0 and I get sale price 0 and strikethrough settled regular price
– regular price = sale price (this way I get what I want – but in BO of woo, I still see sale price setled and = with regular price )
How can I get a empty sale price box in BO?

I just wanted to let you know, the latest PHPSpreadsheet library you switched this importer to yesterday (Which uses Mark Baker’s Matrix vendor class) is causing a Critical Error on my client’s server, who happens to be using the same libraries.

That plugin is called “WordPress Store Locator” ( https://www.welaunch.io/en/product/wordpress-store-locator/ ).
Unfortunately, both your plugin and the store locator call PHPOffice\PHPSpreadsheet globally, so there’s a conflict. (Your plugin uses it in \woo-product-excel-importer\import.php ). I will be contacting the other developer as well.
In the mean time, is there something you can do? Like, using a Namespace in that file and calling
EX:
namespace WooPEI;
...
use PhpOffice\PhpSpreadsheet\IOFactory;
...
function stuff () {
WooPEI\IOFactory::load(etc);
}

]]>We have a problem when we try to export variable products. We make the excel with the format but sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn’t. sometimes it only changes the parent product and it doesn’t create the product variations. We tried to change the product’s name, change uppercase to lowercase, but the behavior of the plugin is very erratic and we dont know why it doesnt work… can you help us??
]]>I tried to import products using the plugin. Most of the products are correct imported by creting new or updating existing, except a few products are created new even the product already exist.
I made sure the AUTHOR ID is the same. I also tried to delete existing SKU number, but this doesnt work either. Is there anything else that cause this to happend?

I use a product filter that if I check category AND subcategory it counts it double.

Our webshop is Europaan based, so for prices the “,” (comma) is used as a decimal seperator.
For some custom feeds the price should be with “.” (dot) as a decimal seperator.
IS it possible to have a dot used for woocommerce prices in the feed in stead of the comma? I cannot find any settings in the feed for changing this.

Importing my created Excel file by your plugin fails and give following error:
Invalid File: Please Upload Excel File
Importing also fails with your Excel base file: sample.xlsx
