Hi I’m currently running a sitewide sale on a website and using the sale price field in Woocommerce to add a discount to all products. I can see that the sale price appears in the feeds (XML) that I am using for Google and Facebook but when I check Google Merchant Centre and Facebook Commerce Manager there is no sale price and all are showing full price.
I’ve refreshed the feeds in both the plugin and requested the feed to be updated in both Merchant Centre and Commerce Manager already.
Hoping to get some assistance as to why this may be the case as I haven’t previously had issues with the plugin.
]]>I would like to have my feeds generate atspecific times. I can see from the scheduled actions list in woocommerce that it is supposed to generate at midnight, however I can see that it is currently generating not 11 am. Can you advise and what I’m supposed to do to amend this?

]]>I am trying to create a feed for Facebook Catalog, with some custom attribute mapping. I can see in the logs that the custom attributes pull through on the configuration:
[13] => Array
(
[rowCount] => 13
[attribute] => status
[prefix] =>
[mapfrom] => custom_attributes__stock_status
[suffix] =>
)
[14] => Array
(
[rowCount] => 14
[attribute] => lty_price
[prefix] =>
[mapfrom] => custom_attributes__lty_regular_price
[suffix] =>
)
)
However in the Feed these are not present at all (not even blank values, the nodes are just not present in the XML.
To test what the issue is, I checked using the Admin Columns plugin to be able to view _lty_regular_price within a product table on Woocommerce, and it indeed pulls through (in this case it is an integer).
I planned to upgrade to Elite today for some advanced features but this is blocking us currently. Please assist.

]]>Hello,
I saw that this question was up 1 year ago from another user and was wondering if you have reconsider to add support for YITH WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing and Discount that is really competitive?
I would gladly buy your plugin if you can this requested support.
]]>I have 1 original photo with watermark and 1 woocommerce_single photo to display outside the website, I searched in the feed config but there is no option to change to woocommerce_single, can you guide me to change to woocommerce_single photo so that google does not block product display, thank you very much
]]>Users of Pricerunner and Prisjakt har started report that links that are provided from our feeds leads to 404 page. What is supposed to lead to product page with conversion tracker link (google analytics) that is created by the feed is broken.
The value “&ref=prisjakt” that is created by the plugin and will lead to a 404 page instead of actually product page.
Has anyone experienced this before?
]]>Hello, for some reason a little over 2 months ago the plugin did not generate the XML with the products and showed the XML without any products.
How can I solve this problem?
thank you.
Hi,
the feed URL given by the plugin is /wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/6qBACUs3RwuUgTKqgnfUAJDVn7lqWCY8.xml
The feed file created is not only hidden though (dot prefix) but also in all lowercase /wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/.6qbacus3rwuugtkqgnfuajdvn7lqwcy8.xml
What could be the issue here?
cheers
]]><g:availability_date>2016-11-25T13:00-0800</g:availability_date>
Hi, I love your plugin but have a serious problem – we make many of our products upon order, so availability is set to backorder. Google and FB needs a date in a specific format according to ISO 8601 (above)
I use your dynamic availability_date set +1 week but the format is not recognised by google as it is not showing daytime just the date.
Please is it possible to change the code for this? Or what is a solution?
Thank you.
Dana
]]>Good morning, when trying to save a new value in the field in the feed, the page reloads, and a plain text HTML page appears. After re-entering the feed, the changes are not saved. The plugin is up-to-date, and WordPress is also on the latest version. The debug log doesn’t show any errors.
]]>Hi support team,
I’ve been trying to activate the checkout link but haven’t had success.
I added the checkout link template attribute to the feed and mapped it with the “cart link.” The checkout link appears at the product level in the product feed, but we have a few products with many variations and a few custom products, and the links for these products aren’t working. https://trisontarps.com/cart/?add-to-cart=506250
For simpler products and those with few variations, the links are working fine. I think this may be why Google isn’t approving the links.
Is there a way to add checkout links in the feed only for the simple products, or any other way to get this working? Removing variations or using only the lower-priced variations isn’t an option.
Somehow our web host forces lower case file names. One of the consequences being that feed download links never work as the file name in the link is in mixed case.
Searching the forum I found this thread
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/rename-feed-file-name/
where someone wanted to rename the feed file.
In it, you instructed the user to search for meta_keys adt_file_name & adt_legacy_project_hash in the postmeta table. I did so, found the string used in feed file name and changed two occurrences to lowercase. This however, did nothing to change the download link, nor does the change stick. The meta_key values are reverted back to original once the feed is refreshed.
Performing a global search the string is also found in two records of the options table (cron_projects and batch_project_[string]). They seem to contain serialized data with each option_value containing the string three times. If I were to change each occurrence to lowercase (three times in two option_values and once in option_name), would this do the trick or will I just end up breaking something?

]]>I have created a “color” attribute for all products.
In Field Mapping, I set it to the Google Merchant color attribute and everything is working.
However, in variable products, everything that is mapped from product attributes is not displayed.
PS. This attribute is NOT used for variables, as it only serves to better organize the items.
How can I propagate the attribute of the parent product, so that the corresponding field is created in the variable product?
]]>Hi.
After recent updates private products remains in the feed. They don’t disappear when changed from published to private. The only difference is that they change to a different url format:
?post_type=product&p=12715&attribute_pa_storlek=30×40-cm
Instead of regular permalinks.
It is not cache related, cache is cleared and as they change url format upon changing to private it does recognize an update, just not filtering private products out from the feed.
Hi, recent versions started generating feeds that show special symbols uncoded (E.g. in Facebook/Google – &amp instead of &) and it’s only on xml’s that are pulled from Product Feed PRO, other plugins seem to create feeds the right way. What could be the reason?
]]>Is there any way to exclude shortcode of another plugin to get included in the feed generated?
Have found out that the feed generation is stuck with 0% then one of our plugins called Insert-pages is active. Is there any way to have a filter /rule that exludes the actual code in ex. product descriptions?
The shortcode is inside []
[insert page=’XXX.page display=’content’]
And of cource keep the rest of the product description in the feed.
Hi, my Product Feed for facebook url has stopped working today. The product feed url is: https://healthylivinghub.com.au/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/vsRtlN1dvXhQZgNMHOu2PKFOAGoph29O.xml
Is there a way this can be fixed without creating a new template?
]]>Hi
How can I add additional images for variables products ?
because right now the only additional images I get for the variable products are the same as the parent product.
The option Use parent variable product image for variations is turned off.
