Hello,
When adding a new product, the metadata associated with the product does not appear Automatically in the filter options.

I have included my website link for reference. The clear button works perfectly on category pages; however, when used with an ACF field, it doesn’t behave as expected. In my case, I have categorized the pages by brands. When I click the clear button, it starts displaying products from other brand pages as well. I want the clear button to display only the products from the current brand page.

]]>Hello,
We discovered that this plugin causes the Neve Theme to break on any mobile browser (iphone, ipad, etc). It forces the Neve Theme footer to be shown ABOVE products in Woocommerce.
Disabling the plugin instantly fixes the problem, enabling it instantly brings the issue back.
You can see this occurring on any category of our website, such as this example:

]]>Greetings!
When the filter is visible on a page, it modifies the product lists, which are added by shortcodes in the footer. Technically it duplicates the results of the filter. I tried to set the “Product List / Loader Selector” and also “Product Container Selector” options, it did not solve the issue. The issue persist in both normal and ajax mode. My best guess is the plugin modifies every product query, and not just the main one.
Thanks
]]>Hi..I want to Know , How to Product filter by Product type..
]]>I’m hoping this a super simple issue to sort. On this page (https://gamedaygifts.co.uk/product-category/product-type/football-shirts/) the filter is only showing 1 product but there are 100’s in the category. To fix this click on the Arsenal filter twice then, hey presto, all the filters appear. Really strange as I haven’t touched the filters for months. Any know what’s going on here?
Thanks

]]>Hello,
I’m using the WooCommerce Product Filter plugin and have selected the “Multiple Dropdown” option for my product filter layout. I’m adding new products that involve selecting from multiple services, all stored in a single meta value. The user has to enter multiple services to get one value in the meta key. Currently, I’ve set up the filter as shown in the “woo filter issue(2).png” screenshot to display the filter section. However, as shown in the “woo filter issue(1).png” screenshot, the filter displays multiple dropdowns all at once, which is cluttered.
Current Behavior:
The filter shows multiple dropdowns for services all at once, making the interface cluttered.
Expected Behavior:
I would like each service filter to appear as a multiple select dropdown that users can open one at a time, with each dropdown displayed sequentially down the filter panel.

im using this plugin for a while and besides its advantages i face 4 tiny isues and I appreciate if you can address any of these,
1: this option from sorting filter “in stock always show first” is not working by default, it only works when i change sorting atleast once
i preset sorting on newest products but in result available products are mixed with unavailables
and now when i change sorting once it works fine and sort all availables first (for example in this picture i choose 2nd sorting and again go back to first sorting which is newest)
2: im using sorting filter in a group of filters and i turned on “display selected parameters of filters” option for the group but i want to turn it off exclusively for sorting filter, can u please add an exlusion inside sorting filter option or is there a code to turn it off only for sorting filter?
3: stock status filter (in-stock toggle) correct me if i misunderstood of what i expect from this option
is to show only available products and hide the rest,
instead its showing all products (available & unavailable) and then sorting available products first
4: for price sale filter (in this case filter skin is set to big skin) i need to swap the position of lower counters (for rtl) and the numbers should start from middle or left
Not sure why, however, I can’t use the simple pagination of WBW filter after doing filtering.
With results of filter has some pages, when I click page 2 or so on … it seems reset instead of going to page 2.
]]>As the title describes, the price slider is not visible on mobile (edit: seems to be on any screen size). You can access it by clicking the “Filtrar” button at the bottom center of the screen and it will show up on the pop up tab (under the title “Pre?o”). This problem doesn’t seem to happen when editing the page with Elementor, which is tripping me up regarding any possible fix. It seems related to the popup functionality of Elementor, as the filter will load without problems if it is on the page. Tried to check if the same would happen with the Popup Maker plugin, but no problems.
I’m using Elementor and Elementor Pro alongside the Hello Elementor theme. I don’t have other filtering plugins or any that tinkers with filters.
]]>I’m curious if there is an option to automatically add all available product attributes to a filter, possibly with the additional feature of excluding certain product attributes manually?
I haven’t been able to find anything when going over the filter editor or the plugin settings.
This feature could potentially reduce the complexity and amount of work invovled in managing a store for the end user.
It looks like there’s an issue with displaying filters for product attributes that have been created (2) when editing a prodct directly as opposed to (1) creating the attribute separately and adding it to a product afterwards.
To anyone who isn’t familiar, there are two ways to create a product attribute:
The issue mirrors a problem with WooCommerce’s own “Filter by Attribute” Gutenberg block, where you can add filters that have been created when editing a product directly (2), but they won’t display on the resulting page. With the “Filter by Attribute” Gutenberg block, however, you’ll see a warning on the Gutenberg preview that there are no products matching the attribute.
It’s not straightforward to troubleshoot the issue, so it might be good if this plugin could prevent the user form adding filters for product attributes created when editing a product directly (2) in the first place, since the filter won’t be displayed anyway.
Alternatively, maybe the plugin could display a warning when the user attempts to do this, similar to how the “Filter by Attribute” Gutenberg block behaves.
After applying filters, product variations disappear (I’m using the Variation Swatches for WooCommerce plugin by Emran Ahmed).
Please refer to the settings in the attached screenshot.

]]>Hi,
In the search result page for example for “usb”, if i use the filter and apply … I get “no product found” even if there are plenty to show.
This problem happens just in the Search Results Page. If i use the filter in a listing page everything works fine.
Everything is up to date (WP & Plugins) I can’t recall having that problem before, but I don’t know since when the filter don’t work in the Search Results.
Thank you for your help in advance.
Crdly
Stock status filter not working – so for example in this category 617 products, in stock shows 83 results, out of stock shows 407 results so we are missing 127 products.
Also the out of stock results is showing in stock items, there should only be 133 items which are out of stock.
]]>Dear WBW Support Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I am encountering with the WBW Product Filter on my WooCommerce site.
I have set up a horizontal filter using your plugin, but unfortunately, the filter options appear misaligned on the front end. Specifically, the parameters in the dropdowns are not aligned properly, which affects the overall user experience. You can see an example of this issue in the following screenshot: Filter Alignment Issue.
I have tried adjusting the CSS and configuring the filter in Elementor, but I haven’t been able to resolve the problem. Could you please advise on how to properly align the filter options so that everything displays correctly?
Any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time and support.
Best regards,
Andrés Morales
Hi, is there a way to duplicate a filter? I need to make a lot of filters that only differ by one tag, so being able to duplicate them would be a huge timesaver.

I am looking for a WooCommerce product filter that we can add to the home page of indiancrekss.com that will allow the user to select different attributes, hit search and show the related products on a WooCommerce search results page. Just like this company has done. https://www.kicks-ind.com/

]]>The products on my site can only be sold in some states, so I have pages for each state. Within these state pages, I would like to set up a filter to choose between different specified product tags. However, I would like the filtered products to only be products that can be sold in that state (currently, the states each product is sold in are also specified by the product tags). Is there a way to use the plugin so that the filter only shows products that have X state tag (would only need to be one per page) AND whatever tags the user selects in the filter?

I’ve set up my filters, and used the filter short code ([wpf-filters id=2]) on a popup. However the filter doesn’t load within the popup, it is stuck on the loading image.
Can you figure out why? What’s the fix?
